38: JOKE BACKFIRE ON HIM

Soon he felt someone's presence around him and noticed one employee sitting with him. He wondered what if she was with him in employee place. He want her with him right now, he want to stay with her everytime but in reality his work is also important and some places are meant for boys only. It's not about strength but safety. He turned on aeroplane mode and closed his eyes

Last few days were life changing days for hin where he made many decisions but ignored one. That he can not forgive her. He opened his eyes with jerk and looked outside. Did he really never forgive her? Then what about his changed behaviour? Why he changed his attitude towards her?

"Even if I agree to this that I forgive her then how will I trust her again. I still don't and I am scared for this. Also I totally destroyed our personal house how she will react if she visited that place. Shehnaaz should never know how I destroyed our memories. How I tried hating her.... Still I couldn't change the fact that I love her. Don't break my trust again Shehnaaz otherwise I will kill myself or I will never trust anyone you will not only betray me but will break my broken heart as well. I wish I am just thinking much. I should believe her....I will try my best watch her actions ",he thought and closed his eyes. Tears flowed from his closed eyes because of his thoughts and the fact that he is away from her

He didn't realised when he slept and opened his eyes when employee told him they reached. He passed a nod towards him and came out of airport and called his mother. He know even Shehnaaz slept with her so he can talk with her but to his badluck Shehnaaz already went towards office. His mother further reminded him regarding time differences. He pacepalmed himself understanding it's still noon there

He thought for a minute and dialled Shehnaaz number. He heard her voice after one ring and cupped his face controlling himself to answer her. He waited for her to end call as his buisness mind already gave him idea how to talk with her without letting her know about his intentions. After some seconds he noticed her call. He waited for sometime before answering call

"Hii Shehnaaz how are you? It's good you called as I wanted to tell you I reached", Sidharth told with Innocence. Shehnaaz widened her eyes as he behaved like it's her who called first not him

"Hii I am fine but Mr. Sidharth Shukla it's you who called me first", Shehnaaz told him very sweety taunting him in a sweet way

"No I didn't called you Shehnaaz what are you talking about? ",He asked hiding his smile. He know she can't see him if he will smile but he have habit to hide his emotions so he can't change it.

"N.. nothing why would you call a betrayer like me. Actually I think by mistake you called me as last night we were talking. That is the reason I called you. Take rest", Shehnaaz said and declined call with tears.  She thought he called her because he wanted to but due to signal he was unable to but when he said he didn't called her hurt her as she thought he love her and care for her.

Whereas Sidharth widened his eyes in shock. He was just joking and here his joke hit him hard. He never thought like that. He know she must be worried that's why he called her but thought to play with her. He imagined her irritated face not hurt like this. He called her again but this time Shehnaaz did't picked call. He called her again and Shehnaaz picked the call

"Shehnaaz sorry I hurt you but trust me I called you with my wish and kept quiet because I thought to play with you. I thought you will get irritated from my behavior. I am really sorry I thought to inform you I reached just a few minutes before . I lied and thought you will fight with me like how can someone call by mistake like this", Sidharth cleared her confusion before she could say anything. Shehnaaz wiped her tears and smiled. His voice held honesty so she belived him without thinking twice.
