I speak without song
The hummingbird raps all wrong
My tongue, deceptive and long,
Is where your name won't belong
I have no choice but sorrow
Come yesterday, I'll cower before tomorrow
Freaking in exclamations so very hollow
What else would you care to borrow?
You can't love me but I can you
We'll fail well after I bid farewell too
Stand updated in a jealous brew
Oh yes, we're all out to get you
You think it so it must be so
Oh darling, all is golden what you know
I've spent an ageless arrangement begging to grow
Oh dear, what in the world do we know?
I'll milk consolation from this lie
I'll find a way fickle and furious to get me by
If I fail, I'll fail all with an applauding sigh
If I fail, I'll fail all only after I try
Oh sweetheart, do say goodbye
