"what do we do about that group chat, boys?" george asked.
charles shrugged, "i don't really mind."
"i don't know, mate, probably delete it," said alex.
"wait no, we don't know what she looks like yet," said lando.

george, charles and alex all burst out laughing.
"mate, this is getting desperate," said george.

"you're the only one of us that doesn't have a girlfriend, mate, i guess i understand," laughed alex.

lando scoffed at the three of them making fun of him for his current relationship status that he has no control over. 

"whatever, guys. this could be my only chance. what if this is my one true love?" asked lando.
"and if it's not?" laughed charles.
"we're only thinking positively here, charles," said alex.

"exactly, thanks alex," lando smiled.

"how do we even begin to get her identity out of her though?" asked george.
"we just ease into it i guess - make her feel comfortable," said alex.
"trap her basically," lando said.

alex nodded his head, "yeah, exactly."
"that sounds like a really good plan," lando agreed.

"we should probably get to talking then. wouldn't want the chat to die out," said george.
"before it even fully sets sail," alex chortled.

kamia walked home from uni with her airpods in her ears and eyes on her phone.

her heart nearly left her chest as she watched the many messages from this new group chat begin coming through.

she sighed internally, not at all in the mood to entertain a group of boys she doesn't even know.

she shoved her phone in her pocket before proceeding her walk back home.

kamia very quickly grew annoyed at the continuous buzzing of her phone as a result of this group chat. she sighed heavily as she grabbed her phone out of her pocket.

she unlocked it before entering the group chat.
