Priya and Ram were still in car .

Ram trying to strike a conversation spoke.

Ram - Priya .....

Priya - haan...

Ram - Tum teek ho na? I mean tab se chup chaap ho , ussi taraf dekh rahi ho...

Priya - Nahi Mr Kapoor , main teek hoon .

Priya in mind " Agar main teek nahi bhi hoon na , toh mujhe pata hain ki aapko koyi farak nahi padega"

Ram - Okay...Hum pooja ke baad mere ghar chale jaayenge na ?

Ram in mind " bol rahi ho ki teek hoon , par pata hain ki tum teek nahi ho , kuch toh hain jo tumhe Chubb rahi hain , par woh kya hain tum mujhe nahi bataogi , aur uss baath se mujhe farak padta hain . tum bohot achi ho priya isiliye main kabhi nahi chahunga ki tumhe koyi takleef ho , par aaj tumhe mandap pe chodke maine hi tumhe takleef di . Par main tumhe yeh nahi bol saktha ki kya hua yaa phir kyun hua kyunki tum nahi samjhogi"

Priya - Yah , we'll leave to your house , but what about Shivi and Akki's marriage ?

Ram- We'll discuss about that tomorrow , Maa aur sab aayenge na kal hamare ghar .

Priya nodded in agreement. Silence took over them again. Ram suddenly shouted seeing outside the car.

Ram - driver gaadi roko.

Priya - kyun?

Ram - yaar , tum car roko pehle.

The driver pulled the car.
Ram got down and spoke

Ram - mujhe ek minute do , main abhi aatha hoon.

Before Priya could speak anything he disappeared. Priya didn't know what had just happened. She assumed he must be in some stress and got worried that what happened all of a sudden that he left . She was about to get down the car , that she saw Ram coming. He signalled her to lower the window glass . She lowered it.

Priya - Mr Kapoor , kya hua ? Kahan chale gaye the aap?

Ram - Main sugarcane juice lene gaya tha , yaar subah se kuch tanda peene ka man kar raha tha , mujhe yeh dikha , toh main le aaya .

Priya- Are you serious ? Kiss mitti ke bane hue hain aap ? ...

She was about to say something else , that Ram spoke .

Ram - hum mitti ke bane hote hain kya?

Now Priya was irritated to no extent listening his stupid joke.

Priya - Mr Kapoor , pls aap jokes math maariye , main yahan kuch pooch rahi thi aapse , par aap bina kuch bole hi chale haye , woh bhi sugarcane juice keliye ......

She was about to say something that Ram again cut her .

Ram - teek haina , I am sorry , par juice toh peelo.

Priya was in no mood to joke or argue.

Priya - Mr Kapoor , please , let's just drop the conversation here , u drink your juice , but please come and sit in inside that we can leave. Please.

Ram knew , Priya here was not irritated but hurt . Without saying anything else , he sat inside. All the way he kept observing Priya . She was all silent and looking out of the window without even giving him a single glance . Ram was not able to understand why she was behaving so . But he felt he didn't have any right to question her or ask her an explanation . Sighing he remained silent .

At 7 in the evening they reached home tackling the mumbai traffic . They reached Priya's house and they were about to go in ,that few drunk men were fighting . They all were behaving bellicose and agressive . Ram and Priya looked at each other not knowing how to go past them . Priya signalled Ram to come from the other side. The moment a man saw Priya he smirked and started moving towards her . Before Priya could even react, Ram came in front of her and stood between her and the man. Other men also started coming towards them and one tried to touch Priya. Ram caught his hand before it could reach Priya.

Ram - Hello Mr , control yourself , you are trying to touch a woman without her permission.
Ram said in a stern , loud voice.

All the men started blurting and shouting loudly , due to which Sara and Sandy came down .

Sandy - jiju , di , kya hua?

Ram - yeh log piye hue hain aur jagda kar rahe hain.

Sara - leave it guys , Aap log chaliye.

Though Ram wanted to teach them a lesson , He didn't want to disturb others , so he turned around to leave , that a man caught Priya's wrist . The moment Ram saw this , his blood boiled and he twisted that man's hand making him leave Priya's wrist and hitting him hard to the wall he shouted.

Ram - teri himmat kaise huyi meri biwi ko haath lagaane ki , tum sabko chodunga nahi .

So much was going on but Priya ki suyi meri biwi par attak gayi😜

He immediately called the police and in a high voice ,he instructed them to come there soon . Since the men were not in their senses, they started getting physical. Ram covered the girls and tried to push the men away from them  but when the things started getting out of control , he took the cricket bat which was there and started hitting them blue and black .
This was not the first time that Priya had to deal with such men or situations . All these years there was no one to protect her and she fought with everyone all alone , but today there was Someone who stood like a wall to protect her , there was someone who was fighting all alone to keep her safe , there was someone who was ready to sheild her from the cruel world and this feeling was something she never felt before . She kept looking at his figure hitting the men and shouting on them for misbehaving with her , until the police came and took them under custody.

Ram - leke jaayiye inhe yahan se and Make sure you teach them  a lesson and they never try to misbehave with any other woman.

Police - yes sir , hum inki saare dhile screws tight karedenge .

Saying so the police started  pulling them out . Sandy and sara also went up and Ram while going unknowingly wrapped his hand on Priya's waist to protect her . Priya felt his hand on her waist , but didn't protest anything and kept walking . After reaching home , though he didn't realise he removed his hand from her waist . Everyone sighed the moment they reached home.

Sara - oh my god , kithna kuch hogaya hain . But thank god sab safe hain.

Ram - yah , by the way , akki , mama , mami , maa kahan hain .

Sara- pooja ke saaman lene gaye hain. Aathe hi honge .

Ram - oh , acha hua woh sab yahan nahi the , warna bekaar main pareshaan ho jaathe the.

Sara- haan ,hum unhe iske baare main kuch nahi batayenge  .

Sandy - haan sara di , aap sahi keh rahi hain.

While these 3 were busy talking , Priya was lost in her own world and was silent .

Sandy - Pri di , kya hua , aap Ithni chup chap kyun hain? Kuch boliye .

Priya - haan woh...main kuch soch rahi thi .

Ram - kya soch rahi thi ? Are you okay? Un Logon ne tumhe hurt nahi kiya na?

Priya - nahi main teek hoon , bas fresh hoke , dress change karke aathi hoon.

Saying so Priya left leaving everyone puzzled.

Why did Priya leave like that?

What was she thinking?

Was she Angry with Ram ?

What was Ram thinking ?
