It was 15 past 9 and Ram texted Priya.
Ram - Priya yaar sorry , aur waqt lagega , we are on a zoom meeting with investors , agar tumne khaa li toh teek hain , nahi toh khaalo , don't wait for me . I am so sorry again.
It was 11 and Ram sat in his car to drive back home . He kept checking his phone but didn't receive any reply from Priya for his last message . He was sure that she must be angry and also she was right in her place as it was he who promised to be back soon but didn't turn up. He parked the car and prepared himself to face the wrath of Priya .
"Ram usse kuch math Keh. Galti Teri hain toh woh Jo bhi sunaaye , bas sunthe jaa . Teri wajah se woh yahan aayi thi aur tune usse akela chod diya . Just Apologise her and i hope you'll understand Priya"
Ram asked Krishna kaka about Priya and he informed that she is upstairs in the room . Ram walked up and knocked the door. There wasn't any response even after a minute so he went in and was surprised to see the room . The room was decorated with golden and silver fairy lights all around . The curtains from the glass windows were removed and the view of the mountains and snow falling was clearly visible . The table was set with candles of lavender fragrance and they were lit up brightly . There were white lilies kept in transparent flower vases on the table and the whole table was totally set for a candle light dinner . And there was Priya asleep on the table . She was in a creamish silver glittery shimmer saree with her hands adorned with chooda and neck with her mangalsutra. Her hair was all spread on her face and Ram couldn't get a proper glimpse of her.

He took soft and slow steps towards her and sat on his knees in front of her . He forwarded his fingers to her forehead and tucked her stubborn hair behind her ears . Now Ram was totally smitten seeing her . She looked so peaceful yet ravishing even when she was sleeping . As the light of candles and moon fell over face , her face radiated heavenly beauty and goodness . Her one glimpse was more than enough for Ram to forget all the stress he had in a past few hours and to smile . He placed his hand over her head and felt the touch of her smooth hair increasing his blood flow . Due the lights directly hitting her face , Priya's sleep broke and she opened he eyes . She found Ram sitting on his knees in front of her . She immediately sat straight and checked her hair and saree . Fumbling , she asked Ram .
