Chapter 7: Phone Incident

Astrid POV

It was time to call Y/n since it's our lunch break, I smiled widely and pulled out my phone

"Astrid hey, wanna eat lunch with me?"

I lifted my head to see Ivan grinning, I then heard my stomach grumble and I laughed awkwardly

"My treat As, I'm sure you're hungry"

Ivan smiled and I put my phone back inside and followed him

Ivan really did pay for my food, I'm grateful since I didn't have to waste money

"So... how do you like our school so far?"

He asked while chuckling shyly

"It's alright, I miss Italy though and my girlfriend"

I blushed shyly and Ivan looked at me shocked

"Girlfriend?"

He asked and I nodded my head, his expression changed and he smiled. I don't know what happened...

"I fully support you As, don't worry"

He smiled and patted my shoulder, I also smiled at him since I made a friend. We talked for the whole lunch break

But there is something that I forgot to do today, what was it? I can't remember...

Mystique POV

As I was laying on my bed when I noticed the little sadist pacing back and forth

We have no classes today since it just started yesterday, I decided to mess with her and got off my bed

"What's wrong? Girlfriend ain't calling?"

I asked and she turned to me and rolled her eyes

Ugh! The audacity of this girl

I snatched her phone and raised my arms up

"Mystique! Give it back!"

She whined and tried to get it but I raised it even higher, she whined once again and pinched my shoulder

"O-Ow! Hey!"

I winced in pain and I yelped when she bit my hand

It freaking hurts!

I immediately dropped her phone and we both fell silent when it cracked, Y/n immediately took it and I gulped when it didn't work

"I-I'm sorry"

I stammered and fiddled with my fingers, I froze when she slapped me hard and all I did was stay silent

"I'm not in the mood for your jokes Mystique, stop it"

She muttered and gripped her broken phone, she was about to leave but I held her wrist and sighed

"I'll buy you a new phone... I-I'm sorry"

I stammered once again and avoided her eyes

Mystique what is happening to you?!

"I don't want you buying me a damn phone Mystique"

She muttered and I went back to my bed and sat there like a child getting scolded

"How am I supposed to call Astrid? God!"

I flinched when she slammed her phone on her desk

But I won't let this go

"I offered to buy you a new phone, why are you stubborn? Just say yes!"

I raised my voice and Y/n didn't even flinch

Damn, I've never been so afraid in my life

"I hate you!"

She threw punches and I blocked them using my hand but I tripped backwards and fell along with her

When I opened my eyes wincing, Y/n was sitting on my lap and our eyes were locked to each other
