"Off the tracks fate goes, and ends in a new world called destiny."
______________

I entered with the group through the gate, and using my cloak, I was undetected.
We walked for a bit until we reached a dark tunnel. The group had a minor argument before continuing on, and we finally reached the dreaded grand door.
Here. It starts again. An undesirable urge washes over me.
"Stop!" I throw down my hood. "Don't go in!" My voice rings out behind them. They turn to face me with alarmed and confused expressions. "Who are you?" A man with long ginger hair demands.  He seems to be the leader. A small flame appears in his hand. Keep cool, keep cool, don't panic. "I'm Y/N. No need to be hostile." I answer nonchalantly. "You should all quit this raid and go back outside. It's not worth going in that room." "Why should we listen to you?" A girl with purple hair says haughtily. "You're not the boss! I bet you just want the gains all for yourself! You're not even in our party and you appeared out of nowhere." Behind the group that's facing me, someone pushes the giant doors. It creaks open loudly and draws the attention of the entire group. "Let's stop wasting our time on this stranger." The man that opened the doors says, "It's empty in there, and it looks safe. Had me worried for nothing." He laughs. "Are you going to return empty handed after coming here? We could be the first ones to enter then dungeon, why should we turn down this chance after going all this way?" The man smooths his curly black hair. "Those who believe the crazy bitch can leave. I'm going in there alone if I must." The group enters the other room, some hesitantly, and some without thinking twice. No one stays behind aside from me. I think for a moment. Guess I don't really have a choice... I run full speed into the room I warned them not to enter. I'm afraid but I can't do anything else but protect them all. At least until I figure out who my target is.
.
The doors slams shut behind me. "What did you do you?!?!" Someone yells. "Was this a trap?!?!" "No, I literally warned you idiots!" I shot back, shaking. "Who were the ones who didn't believe me hmm?" "Stop this pointless bickering." The leader said. "It's just a level E dungeon so we will be fine, and you've got me here. Let's find any loot and just get out of here."
.
Fuck. I shouldn't have come in here. I don't even know what I'm going to do once those things start moving! I glance at the stone statues. Am I out of my fucking mind?? It's too late to having these thoughts now. The group are exploring the room, while I stand idle in the corner, tense. "Dammit! I can't stand this anymore!" A burly man with short black hair says. "There's nothing even here and this mystery bitch was right. It was a mistake to even come here!" He starts walking to the giant doors. "Whatever treasures, you guys can ta-" I grab his arm and yank him back. "You're not leaving." He glares at me and opens his mouth to make a remark, but I cut him off again. "You almost just got yourself killed." I throw a rock at the door handle, and it gets instantly pulverized by the statues next to the door. The group goes quiet for a moment, and they are all afraid. Suddenly they are loud and in hysterics. "The statues move!" "The hell!? We have to fight those giant things!?" A girl with orange hair and blue eyes points to the biggest statue, shaking. "The-there...the eye...ball..." She looks familiar, but I can't remember where I saw her before. The biggest statue's eyes glow, I was caught off guard, and I hear someone yell "EVERYONE, DUCK!!!"  Huge golden lasers shoots out from it's eyes as I tackle the leader to the ground. The smell of burnt flesh is in the air. As we sit up, blood drips onto my hand. The leader's arm has been burnt off. "SIR, YOUR ARM!" someone exclaims as they were about to get up. "Don't stand up! Just remain in your position! If you stand up, it will attack you!" I warn, as I grab bandages from the leader's bag. I wrap the bandage snugly around his disfigured arm, stopping the bleeding. They're rambling, trying to figure out a plan. "I finally joined a big guild, so I can't die here!" A teen with black spiky hair and a orange jacket says. "If anything, I'm confident in my own speed. I'll go through the door in an instant!" He dashes for the door. Without reacting, I grab him by the ankle and drag him down. "Ow! Let go of me bitch!" He kicks in my grasp. "SHUT UP! DO YOU WANNA DIE?! IF Y'ALL WANT TO LIVE, THEN YOU BETTER LISTEN TO ME!"  I shout angrily. These people are so difficult. No one is saying a word. "There are rules to this dungeon! 1. If you stay below a certain height, the god statue won't attack you!" Suddenly the god statue starts maniacally grinning, but I continue. "2. When he starts moving, you must split up and run to a statue with an instrument!" The ground starts shaking. As if on queue, the god statue stands up. "START RUNNING EVERYONE! QUICK!" I command. Everyone dashes in different directions as the god statue chases people down. Some too slow, they end up crushed under the foot of the god. I grimace at the squelching noise and hope my target wasn't one of them. More and more people reach the statues, sitting with relieved expressions on their faces. Music starts playing and forms into a symphony. Now there's only two people left. They seem very familiar. A scrawny boy with black hair, and the girl with orange hair. The god statue starts chasing after them now. They run towards a statue which has a drum, but it hasn't started playing. "Hurry up and start playing!" The boy says. "Cmon! Why...?" My memory clicks together now. The boy is smart. He quickly figures out that two people can't be under the same statue. I come to a realization. My target must be that boy! That's who the girl was clinging onto in my dream! He starts running to another statue, but he is too slow. The giant statue catches up to him, the looming shadow of it's foot above his head. It's about to crush him but suddenly time slows down. My body reacts on it's own. I dash over to the boy at speeds that I've never before.  He narrowly missed being crushed to death, but he was not completely unharmed. The bottom half of his legs were crushed. He's bleeds and faints as I dash and carry him to an angel statue. Oh no- That's the only statue left- What do I do? Will I have to sacrifice myself here?  We reach the angel statue, the god one not far behind. Suddenly, the angel starts singing, and the god statue stops just a meter away. It made an exception for us? Why?  I put the boy down, and start wrapping his legs carefully with leftover bandages from earlier. The orange hair girl runs over. "Jin-woo, are you okay?" That must be the boy's name. "Jin-woo is not okay." I reply, surprisingly with an icy tone. The girl shrieks when she sees Jin-woo's condition. I have an urge to put my hands over Jin-woo's mutilated legs. A word pops up in my mind. "Blessing." A voice says. A bright glow appears over Jin-woo's legs, where my hands were hovering. The glow disappears, and the condition of his legs have improved slightly. I have healing powers too? Before this whole event, I wasn't an awakened, so I'm not used to my new abilities at all. "Let me help! I promise I can heal him!" The girl says. I move aside. She can finally be useful. She starts nose-bleeding while healing him. Or not..? "We started out with 18 and now there's 13 left... two are gravely injured." The leader says. "It's a lot less than there would be if we were without Y/N..." "But how did she know what to do?" A girl with curly black hair asks. Her voice was drowned out with the noise of the ground rumbling. The god statue starts moving, lifting it's palm face up in the air. "Wha- What's going on?!" "An earthquake?!" A big altar rises up from the ground in the middle of the room. "Y/N, what do we do now?" "Follow me." I gently pick up Jin-woo and walk to the altar. Two floating flames appear. For every person on the altar, a flame appears. Everyone is on the altar, and blue flames appear on the outer circle. The doors suddenly fly open. "What?!" "The door opened?!" The guard statues by the walls of the room start moving towards us. Without warning, the girl with curly black hair screams. She bolts for the door and makes it through. "She's still alive?" "The door closed a little..." "She went through the door!!" "Y/N how is this possible?!" I stay silent, waiting. I already know how they're going to act. A man with a red hat apologizes. "I don't think I can stay here any longer either..." He also runs for the door. The others are shaking. Disbelief and anxiousness in their eyes. "You appeared out of nowhere Y/N, but i'm grateful that we met you." A middle aged man with brown hair says. "A lot of people died when we entered this room. We should have listened to you...but...the ones alive are alive because of you. I'm also alive because of you. Thank you." His voice starts trembling. "Thank you Y/N, for sacrificing yourself so we can leave. I'm sorry." There was a moment of silence. "What are you all waiting for?" I ask. "Leave. It won't be long before the door closes." I didn't need to say that twice. Everyone scrambles for the door, except for two other people. "What're you doing? The door is nearly closed now, you should leave while you can." "Miss Ju-hee, could you help Mr. Sung?" The leader says. So that's her name. She agrees, but then falls to the floor, her legs paralyzed from mana exhaustion. How useless and annoying... "Mister, you should just take Ju-hee and go." I say. He nods hesitantly. "What about Jin-woo?!" Ju-hee asks. "I'll find out a way to leave with him. Trust me." "But-" "Just trust me Ju-hee. I know what I'm doing." Before Ju-hee can protest anymore, the leader hits her on the back of the head. It knocks her unconscious and he carries her out without saying anything. Now, I stand alone, Jin-woo still in my arms. Blessing. Blessing. Blessing. I continuously heal him, and he opens his eyes, disoriented. "It's time for you to go. Let fate run it's course." A voice says. I'm not holding Jin-woo anymore. He sits against the altar, and sees the statues coming towards him. "Where is everyone? Hello? Y/N, where did you go?" I'm involuntarily invisible now, like a ghost, even without my cloak on. He picks up a sword next to him, and points it at the statues, crying. "I would've gotten an insurance if I knew this would happen.  The statue's raise their arms, about to strike him, and I can't move. You told me to protect him! Why won't you let me move? "Shhhh... watch." Blood goes everywhere as they brutally hit him. I can't bear to watch. The closest statue goes for the killing blow. What will happen now? Abruptly, the statue freezes, inches away from striking him. I uncover my eyes. Time is frozen again. A familiar game-like screen pops up, but this time, not for me. For some reason, the text is unreadable for me, but Jin-woo can read it perfectly fine. The screen changes multiple times, and all I can make out are two buttons, one that says accept, and the other says refuse. He presses accept, and suddenly he glows blindingly. I can't see.
