writers note: i looked up why i shake all day for no reason (its so uncomfortable and sometimes it hurts-) and ig i have this "For some people, stress or mental health factors can cause shivering and other involuntary movements. This usually occurs due to a psychogenic movement disorder, which can affect any part of the body." like i didnt know i had anxiety and depression issues 🤪
