Real Life 

Sophie sat in the studio in Melbourne at 2 in the morning waiting patiently for some inspiration that seemed miles away. She opened voice notes on her work phone and started playing some random chords on her guitar. still feeling like she was going nowhere she kept playing the same for over and over again. 

this is what happens when she couldn't sleep, she'd sneak out of her apartment and wonder around Melbourne before arriving at the studio. After a long time doing it she was given a key by one of the over-night security guards so she could go in without them having to worry about opening up the whole building.

*buzz buzz*

she pulled her phone out of her back pocket smiling when she read the call tag

the two spoke on and off for half an hour while Sophie tried her hardest to play something other than those four chords - and failing miserably. with a deep sigh she placed the guitar down turning her full attention to Timothée.
