AUTHOR'S NOTES:
This is 1970s AU. Other than some Marvel characters, some canon circumstances that I thought were interesting to include, and Bucky's metal arm, you're not going to find anything related to the movies or the TV shows here in terms of plot. BUT as with we were young, darling, if you're interested in me bringing these characters into a new universe and messing around, I'd love it if you checked this out.
This story is somewhat Cowboy Bebop inspired (the title and the fact that they're bounty hunters), but there will be no show canon. There might be some dialogue references to the Netflix series, so here's your spoiler warning if you care about that stuff. It'll mostly be throwaway dialogue or jokes that I thought were funny while I was watching it ( I wrote a lot of this while watching it) and fit within the general tone of this fic.
Credit for all of that dialogue goes the writers.

This is not a dual POV fic. I have other fics that are dual POV. This story was written nearly three years ago when I wasn't comfortable doing those POV switches every chapter. I will not be editing or adding to this fic. I'm happy with it as it is.
