"Hey Big Q? You ok?"   "I'm fine Karl! I've just got a banging head ache"  "Sap!"  "YEAH?!"  "Can you come in here please!"  "SURE ONE SEC!" SapNap walked in. "Yeah Karl?"  "Can you go get Q some medicine he's got a really bad head ache."  "Ok! One sec ok Q?"  "Ok"

SapNaps POV:

I went downstairs to the kitchen and started looking around. "I know Dream keeps all the medicine in one of the drawers. Which one was it though?" Suddenly George walked in. "SapNap!" "Yeah?" "Do we have any medicine in?"  "I don't think I was just checking. Why?"  "Dreams sick. Wait why are you checking?" "Qs sick too." "Oh god" "I know." "I mean I can go out?" "What about Dream?" "Oh yeah crap... do you and Karl mind taking care of Dream too?" "Yeah sure" "thanks just text what Quackity needs" "alright." "I'm just gonna go tell Dream." As George made his way upstairs I followed behind him. "Hey Q?" "He's asleep Sap" I looked in the bedroom and saw Q curled up in a ball laying on Karl's chest in bed. "I feel bad... he's never had something like this before." "I know... I just- where's it come from?" "You feel bad don't you Sap?" "I- yeah..." "Come here." (I'm just making up personalities as I go. I hope you don't mind :)) I walked over to Karl and got in bed next to him trying not to wake up Quackity. "Your both adorable." I quickly texted George asking to get some head ache medicine stuff and then me and Karl fell asleep 10 minutes later.

Dreams POV:

George 💙:

Me: Are you almost done?

George 💙: Yeah Dream almost :) I'll be home soon ok? I've just gotten back to the car x

Me: Ok

George 💙: I'll be around 10-15 minutes ok? I can see a ton of traffic and I don't know any other ways x

Me: :( ok

George 💙: I've got to go ok love? Bye ♥️

Me: bye 💕

I put my phone down on the bedside table then I suddenly felt I was going to throw up. I quickly went into the bathroom and puked. Karl ran into the bathroom. "Dream you ok?!" "Y-yeah I'll be fine..." I felt extremely weak.
"Let me help." "No really Karl it's fine I can handle it!" "Dream just let me help! I know you don't like it but still! I can easily call George and tell him." "I- Fine..." "thank you." Karl helped me get cleaned up and helped me get back to my room. "There. George should be back soon with the medicine as well." Karl walked out before I could say anything.

Quackity's POV:

I woke up with more of a headache then before and saw sap laying down sleeping next to me. "Sap?"  "Q are you ok?"  "Oh hey Karl... no I'm not. My headache hurts even worse.." Karl got next to me in bed. "It's ok. George is on his way back with the medicine now ok?"  "Ok.."  "I want cuddles too"  "Ok come here then." SapNap shuffled to where we were and quickly we all got comfy. We all fell asleep after that after I had some water.

Can we preface the fact that I woke up at like 3:40 in the morning and started writing this at 5?! May be going insane :) but anyway drink water and eat, have a good day/ morning/ afternoon/ evening where ever you are in the world and remember! Your worth everything! Bye! 👋🏻
