• Prologue •

FIRST CHAPTER WOOOO

I slam into the lockers next to me, Dylan shoving me as he barges past. I felt my cheeks go red and my face started burning up, don't cry.

I glance up through my hair to see him strolling away, laughing with his friends, ever since I didn't send him inappropriate pictures he has had something against me.

Dylan was three years above me, he was in my brothers year but my brother and his friends absolutely hated him.

I scrape my hair back with my hand and look down at the floor and see all of my books scattered all over it, sigh, I bend over to pick them all up as two feet came into my peripheral vision. I quickly shot up, making my head dizzy, I stumble to the right and bump into someone.

"Careful" a voice said, deep and stern.

"I-I am so sorry" I mumble as a hand wrapped around my bicep, holding me straight.

"Don't worry about it Lila, what happened here?" I hear Enzo ask, i gasp, looking straight up at him as i didn't expect him to be here.

Enzo hasn't really spoken to me since we were younger, and used to play together with Luciano.

I shake my head, trying to focus on him as I brush my hair back with my fingers, trying to look more presentable. I run my hands down my jeans and smooth out invisible creases, a nervous habit I had.

"Oh nothing, don't worry i just tripped i guess" I speak softly as i look up at him, he stares down at me with a look in his eye.

"You guess? Lila don't lie to me" he says with a stern voice, it made me smile, seeing him trying to be scary.

He let go of my arm, the warm touch disappearing as he bends down and picks up the remaining of my school books, he hands them to me, our fingers brushing together. I hold them tightly against my chest as I reply.

"Honestly Enzo, don't worry about it" I press, so he'd let it go and i could get to my lesson.

"Okay if you're sure, I'll tell Luciano though" he says, I roll my eyes and turned away.

"Okay okay, I don't know why though I literally just tripped" I say in an irritated tone. I finally begin to walk away from him.

As i walk away i glance round to see him watching me walk away, I blush and spin round immediately. I hear his deep laugh that always warmed my heart and I smile to myself.

that was the moment i knew Lorenzo Perez was the key to my heart.

Hi guys, so i hope you have enjoyed the first 'chapter' :)

I know it is only short but it is only a little look into Enzo and Lila's past together and gives you a look into their dynamic together :)

I will be uploading chapters every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday!

I might change this later on or I might miss one day if i'm busy but I'll let you guys know! :)
