Background: During the Punk Hazard Arc, Usopp had Stolen the Technology for A superweapon Caesar created, and shrunk the cannon down to Just the Core, with some parts added, and then Implemented it into The Massive 1,000 Ton Hammer, and as soon as they meet again, Usopp Gifts the weapon to his Little Brother Y/n, of the newly formed Sogeking Pirates that Y/n is Captian of!
Form 1: 1,000 Ton Hammer- This form is A Hammer literally wearing 1,000 Tons and has the power to destroy entire cities with one hit, not to mention kill A Man with one Hit, and can even be compressed into A pocket-size Hammer that can be of course stored in the coat or Pants Pocket
Form 2: BFG- It is A Massive Gun being fueled by some unknown fuel source, and it literally has the power to level An entire city with only half power and can crack A Continent with A Full power shot
