It's a strange thing, being dead. When the last stand of life slips from you, it goes all dark and cold. Waking up from it, though, is more painful then the dying part itself. I think the reason being is because your body got so used to the emptiness, the sudden warmth causes a shivering agony. Like you've just been out in the snow, then wrap your hands on the radiator and get frostbite. Or maybe that was just how I felt, due to the fact that it was quite hot where I was resurrected and I had a light shining in my face. Yeah, that was probably it. But I can imagine it being somewhat similar.
