Nicholas POV

      What the hell?.

     "What does it mean to be a member of the board...Can someone please explain to me what the hell is happening right in front of me because I clearly do not understand."

"Well let me explain to you Nicholas, I am a member of the board because as an O'dara my father decided to sell half of his shares to me which is pretty big so I guess I do have a say in this matter." Nate said, standing up and walking towards me.

Oh my God what is happening right now, did I hear well because I think Nate just called O'dara his father.....wow Nate is an O'dara.

    Shit his knows all my plans for the company and I am guessing he already sold me out to his father but to be honest I am not surprised at all... Nate as long as I have known him had this look of Greed and ambition in his eyes but that's not what's important right now.

    I need to keep my cool and get through this meeting first, I thought.

     "Well that still doesn't mean shit and like you said it is a tie and besides I have a bigger share in this company than any of you do."

"Well we knew you would say that so we decided to remove our shares and stock from the company if you refuse our demands and let's see how you run a company without funds Nicholas." Nate said, smirking.

I wanted to strangle Nate and at the same time ask him how he could sell me out so easily, I wanted to scream at him but I wouldn't give him the pleasure of seeing break down because i knew that this men will love to see me break down before them and Lord knows I wouldn't let that happen so here goes, "Ok fine but I can't just resign all of a sudden now can i?,

    Give me 6 months and I will resign peacefully without any damage being done." I hope they agree to this because I need more time to figure out how to make Mr Victor agree and sign a contract with me and not the company.

   Ummm....They think that taking the company will be the end of me but they don't know who I am, I have been through enough shit in this life for them to think that they can break me so easily.

"Alright fine that is the least we can do for... Don't you think so father?" Nate said, I can see that O'dara was not happy with this and I truly was expecting him to speak his mind but he so suddenly dropped the case weird...Something weird is going on and I sure as hell going to find out what it is.

  Damn... it's been a week now and I still can't believe it. I can't believe that Nate is O'dara's son and they are both working against me to take MY company away from me.

    I am never gonna let that happen. Nothing and nobody is gonna take what's mine ever again, not if I can help it. I think it's time to call up some old friends, "hello Bennett it's Nicholas."

    "Nicholas as in Nicholas Ivanov?" He asked in surprise.

    "Yes Benny, the same Nicholas that you know "

    "Ah Niko, it's been a long time since we last talked... 8 good years if I can recall well."

    "Yeah, I guess so but let's get down to business. I didn't call for a reunion Bennett. I need your help." I know that me being rude to Benny wasn't going to help my case but I am getting desperate now, "Look I am sorry Benny I know I haven't been a good friend and I am sorry but I really do need your help please."

    "Well you got that right, you really haven't been the best friend a guy can have but I forgive you...for now I guess. So why do you need my help and what for?"
