"That is not how you measure."

Shu cackled from behind you, hand covering his lips. His red eyes glared at the half filled measuring cups. He knew you didn't know how to cook. It was amusing to him, really.

"O-Oh! Shu! Well our anniversary was today so I was going to make us cookies but-"

"You didn't follow the directions." Shu laughed, moving behind you. He pressed his body against yours, and moved around the ingredients grabbing another mixing bowl.

Once again he'd guided you through the steps with his hands and soon, cookies were freshly prepared.

You went off to get the Frosting, and Shu watched you, a smile on his face. It was christmas time once again. And your anniversary. You've been dating for two years now.

You dyed some of the white frosting you'd grabbed from the store, making a blue, red, green, black, and white tube of frosting.

Bouncing back over to him, you handed him a bag full of frosting, the end of the bag cut.

Together, you made a few batches of cookies. Your house was half decorated. You had the tree and some lights up in the yard. You were in the middle of decorating your house for christmas right now.

But you decided to take a break to make cookies and hot cocoa.

Shu warmed up the water in the kettle on the stove, pouring it in two cups and adding the mix. You watched as he unwrapped two peppermint candy canes, setting them in the hot cocoa.

"That's a really good idea, Shu! I don't think I've ever tried Cocoa like that before."

Shu turned, presenting you a cup.

The cup warmed up your cold fingers, and you blew on it.

"Yeah, Valt actually introduced it to me. The candy cane melts and gives it a faint peppermint taste." He explained, watching you take a sip.

"It's really good. I can't taste the candy cane yet, but that's probably just because you put it in there." You said, making him nod.

Plopping down on the couch, you set you cocoa on the coffee table. "I'm glad I got to spend Christmas with you again this year, Shu."

Shu sat down next to you, the couch dipping. He let you rest your head against his shoulder. You both relaxed, looking at your half decorated apartment. Half stapled up lights hung from the ceiling, and packages of empty bulb cases laid around.

Since you were holding a party in a few days, the wrapping paper was out from you wrapping up some presents for the bey club.

"I hope Wakiya likes what I got him,"

Shu looked over at you, "Since I know the least about him, I wasn't sure what to get him."

"I'm sure he'll like it. Wakiya doesn't like to admit it, but he's a softie on the inside. What did you get him?" Shu asked.

"Well, I got him a black wallet with a purple dragon design on it. Much more expensive than you'd think." You said with a laugh.

"A wallet? I guess he'd be able to carry more money around then." Shu jokes, making you giggle.

"But in all honesty, you don't need to worry. The beyclub loves you. I love you too.'

"Oh Shu! I love you as well!"
