After leaving the Ruby palace, I made my way to the Emerald palace, where Father and Jennette would most likely be having their daily teatime. And I was indeed correct. There I witnessed a father-daughter duo enjoying each other's company while having sweets and drinking tea...Without me. I took a step towards them.

"Greetings father, Jeannette, I was wondering if I could join you-"
"What are you looking for now, can't you tell we're busy?" Sneered father in disgust
"I apologise for my rudeness but I was hoping if-"
"You're being a pest, leave this instant!"
"It's alright father, why not let her join us?"
"No, it's alright I'll be leaving now, enjoy your tea sister" I smiled meekly and headed back to the Ruby palace ____________________________
As I walked back to the ruby palace I couldn't help but feel a wave of sadness wash over me. Why must I always be the one father disregards? Why love Jennette and not me? While I was lost in my train of thoughts I had realised I was also lost myself. "Argggghhhhhh why couldn't I just have watched where I was going instead of having useless thoughts!!!"
While wandering aimlessly, I came across an old black tower that appeared to have been abandoned for some time.
