Tsukauchi isn't one to panic. It was Mirai's job but now he is panicking.
How could he not panic when his son isn't waking up and his body temperature changes from hot to cold. They're on the front of the Nighteye Agency and he already called his husband, Mirai to find a doctor. His son doesn't like the hospital and he might have a panic attack.
He saw Mirai running towards them. He is on the edge of crying.
“ What happened? ” Mirai asking
“ I tried to wake him up but he didn't wake up and his body temperature changed from hot and cold ” Tsukauchi said at Mirai
“ There's no available doctor that I know right now but I know someone who can help him. We need to go to Esuha City ” Mirai said to his husband.

On their way to Esuha City isn't great. Physically and mentally they're not fine. Midoriya's body temperature changes from time to time.
Tsukauchi and Mirai were both afraid of what is happening to their son.
“ Is it true that he is accused of being a traitor? ” Mirai asks his husband
“ Yes, and he said that he will drop out to Yuuei. He said he will continue his study online ” Tsukauchi said
“ Did you ask him if he accepted our proposal? ” Mirai ask
“ I haven't asked him about that though I'm not sure if he will accept it or not ” Tsukauchi said
