Miruya Shikuro is one of the best-known doctors in the underground. Her quirk is Witch, she can cast spells and makes elixir and potions.
Most of the villains, heroes, vigilantes, and even criminals knew her. She always helps anyone who needed help. That's why she doesn't have a problem in her life.
No one would mess with her. Because who would want to be attacked by a villain? Even she is in the underground place. She has her time enjoying her life.

Miruya wasn't expecting a visitor in her house. So when someone knocked on her door she didn't open it at first but when she heard the voice of someone in front of her door she immediately open it.
She is happy seeing his nephew look fine with his husband.
“ Mirai ” Miruya said
“ Help us, Auntie” Mirai said
“ Come in first and how could I help you? ” Miruya ask
“ Well our soon-to-be son doesn't wake up when I tried waking him up and his body temperature changes from time to time ” Tsukauchi explains
“ Put him in the living room ” Miruya said and goes to her room to collect his things
Tsukauchi put his son on the sofa. Mirai is preparing food for them.

Miyura looks at the boy on her sofa. He looks like an angel.
“ He is so cute ” Miyura said and Mirai laughed
“ He is also smart” Mirai said
“ Why did you bring him here? ” Miruya asks Mirai
“ The doctors that I've known are busy and some of them are quirkiest,” Mirai said
“ What's his quirk? ” Miyura ask
“ He's quirkless ” Tsukauchi said
Miyura cast a spell that can see what is wrong with someone's body. The spell creates a smoke that will tell what's wrong with the body. When Miyura saw the black smoke she immediately stopped casting the spell because she already knew what was wrong.
“ He is poisoned and it is really good that you immediately brought him here because if not he will die after a day ” Miyura said he saw his nephew's reaction and it made her sad
“ The poison is for quirkless people and it is one of the expensive poisons in the underground. The poison changes someone's temperature while destroying the body cells of the person. It will only take a day before the person dies. It can't be detected by any means of medical things ” Miyura said looking at the boy
" Is there a cure for it? " Tsukauchi ask
" Of course but I don't have the cure but I know someone who had a cure " Miyura said
