Daytime would slowly rise up over the base, people were still asleep but Cassie wasn't anymore, she had managed to find the gym and was already training by herself practicing her hand technique on the targets

Cassies POV
Cassie: "I mean as much as I am younger now, I do love this look!"
She would hit the heavy bag causing it to tip over from her elbow strike
"Goddammit!"
She walks over to the downed heavy bag and she picks it up again and notice someone was watching her
"Oh hello sneaky who are you?"

Alex's POV

"Dammit.... She noticed me well I got no choice now...."
She came out of hiding and walked forward

Alex: "W-why hello miss I'm Alex what's your name?"

Cassie: "I'm Cassie so how are you?"

Alex: "I'm rather good this morning and you?"

Cassie: "Ehhh could be better but I'm stuck as a younger person now"

Alex: "I can see that wasn't you like? Older?"

Cassie: "Yea 45?"

Alex: "Jesus Christ I thought you were younger then 45"
She softly blushed

Cassies POV

"She literally thought I was younger then 45 also?...."

She blushed also looking at Alex

Alex: "Now this is embarrassing now...."

Cassie: "Extremely embarrassing indeed.."

Alex: "I-I got a question Cassie?"

Cassie: "Sure ask away"

Alex: "May I feel your hand?"

Cassie: "Uhhh sure? But no surprises though.."

Alex: She reaches out and touches her hand
"W-wow this feels extremely smooth!"

Cassie: "Well lucky you"

Alex: "Y-yea l-lucky me...."

Cassie: "Wish to take this a step forward?"

Alex: "B-by?...."

Cassie: She takes Alex's hand and puts it on her cheek

Alex: "W-what?!"
Her arm shakes slightly looking at Cassie

Cassie: "I do not mind Alex"

Alex: "So your really don't mind this?..."
She takes her arm off Cassie

Cassie: "Yep I do not mind this Alex"

Alex: "Don't get me extremely flustered now..."

Cassie: "Maybe that's my goal~?"

Alex: Her mouth opens in shock while her face was red being flustered
"W-WHAT?!"

Cassie: "Ah I'm just kidding!"

Alex: "T-thank god..."
"WHAT ARE YOU SAYING ALEX THIS MIGHT BE YOUR ONLY CHANCE WITH HER?!"
Her mind screams at her

Cassie: "Oh don't worry I know that you really like this~"

Alex: "Uhhh I have no clue what are you s-"
Her eyes turn wide as Cassie was hugging her waist
"W-what are you doing?"

Cassie: "Who knew that hyenas can be so fluffy!~"

Alex: "C-can you hurry up please? I got training in 20 minutes.."

Cassie: "Oh ok fine but let me join then"

Alex: "No guarantee if you can join but I can try to bring you"

Timeskip 20 minutes later

Nika: "Your really going to bring her? Ehhh fine line up all of you!"

Everyone would line up on the line and she takes attendance, After when she was done she finally gives her orders

Nika: "Ok everyone! Pick a partner we are doing partner exercises!"

Alex: She looks at Cassie next to her

Cassie: She looks back at Alex

Alex: "Ready partner?"

Cassie: "Yep I'm ready"

When everyone has there assigned partners they would get their objectives climb over 10 tall fences with their partner

Nika: "Everyone ready? Well sucks if you aren't ready, GO!"
Everyone would start running to the fence, Sincd Cassie was quick and light she got over the fence top and helped up Alex over and they repeated this process until they got to the last fence which by then they outpaced everyone by 6 fences

Alex: "I got this!"
She would climb up the fence with Cassie behind right under her until she tried to climb over the fence but couldn't and her ass was now in cassies face

Cassie: "M-make it over the damn fence your suffocating me!"

She muffles out

Alex: "I'm trying my best!"

Cassie: with the help of cassies face and her right hand she pushed Alex over the top and Alex turns around and helps Cassie over and they land in the ground, then they run to where Nika was at completing their assignment

Nika: "I will say, you did got me cracking up at the last fence"

Cassie and Alex: Both of them blush while looking at each other

Nika: "But Anyways nice job, that's the fastest time I seen"

Alex: "T-thank you Sergeant Nika..."

Nika: "Your dismissed, Except you human come here"

Cassie: she walks to Nika and crosses her arms
"What do you need now Nika?"

Nika: "Sergeant Nika for you"

Cassie: "and I was a sergeant first class before the war ended"

Nika: "M-my apologize.."

Cassie: "Your fine, but why did you call me here?"

Nika: she whispers to Cassie
"One more human has been found left..."
