Everything needed for a good life is in your ability to attach your life to other ones - to know that where yours ends and another begins and where others' end and yours begins is a blurry line on a long thread tied to other threads so that to pick up one is to pick them all up; it is a web and to have known this web and to have loved this web and to have lived trying to become an equal part of it instead of snip yourself from it is to have lived a good life
