yeonjun and taehyun got paired up again in their english class. as much as yeonjun likes the subject, he struggles a whole bunch with determining the figure of speech—simile uses like and as, metaphor doesn't. however, what's the difference between synecdoche and metonymy? why does paradox and oxymoron sound so similar?

yeonjun noticed the annoyed look on taehyun's face when he leaned in to ask once again, "how do you spell onomatopoeia?"

"jesus christ. we've been learning the same thing since 5th grade, how do you not.."

at this point, taehyun's mind established a realization that yeonjun knows nothing—although, it meant that he's disregarding the fact that yeonjun wins every essay writing contests out there.

"thanks!" yeonjun beamed. how kind to return such a gesture to someone who's not willing to help?

how unfortunate that yeonjun is like the personification love is blind.
