soobin almost choked on a his ice cream.

"i hope your readers laugh at the rising action because you're seriously too idiotic for taehyun," he said, currently reading yeonjun's story that won the chance to be published by the school. "but i have to admit that the style is really cute: letters in between with a subtle switch in characters? cute."

yeonjun smiles. "i don't even know why i got so worked up over the conflict last year when taehyun was talking about the radio letters and not mine," he said. "beomgyu and kai were so close to breaking my neck when taehyun told them we're official."

that was a waste of time. yeonjun and taehyun would have been together earlier if he wasn't such a drama queen—taehyun tells him that his feelings were valid, but soobin will never miss the chance to tease him.

"it's snowing in the in between," soobin read the title, hiding the pleased look on his face. "did you think of the title? i honestly thought you'd stick with the first idea."

yeonjun rolled his eyes, not bothering to reply.

what's wrong with the first idea anyway? 'the day i crossed the in between' was a marvelous title!
