"Loser." Someone said in a cough.
I was walking down the hallway trying to get to my locker.
I'm not getting harassed as much today so, something's going on.
I opened my locker and heard the queen bee talking to her friends.
"Yeah, he's coming back today. I heard he is hotter then ever. Just you wait he is going to be mine."
I scoffed. The queen bee's name is Candice Little, but she goes by Candy.
Classy, I know.
I couldn't help myself wonder who they were talking about.
What's his name? What does he look like?
It doesn't matter anyway. He won't like me enough to associate with me.
It would be social suicide.

I grabbed my books and head to my Science class, with Mr.Willy.
I was the first one there like usual. I made my way towards the back corner of the room.
After about five minutes everyone was in the classroom.
Mr.Willy started his lecture on the string theory and I just read my book.
I already know about it so, I didn't pay any attention to him.
I heard the door open to the classroom, but I was to focused on my book that I didn't care who it was.

Some of the girls sighed and started giggling. It was freaky. They all did it at the same time.
The chair next to mine scraped on the floor from being pulled and someone sat down.
The teacher continued on his lecture after the person next to me got situated.
"Pisst. Hey. You-who." A masculine voice said.
When I didn't answer he poked me with his pencil.
I grabbed his pencil and broke it, still reading my book.
I don't usually do stuff like that, but I didn't want to be bothered today. My parents kept me up all night fighting.
"Geez someone got there panties in a twist." The guy mumbled.
After a few seconds he spoke again.
"Hey what's your name?"
"I would stop talking to me." I mumbled.
"Why?" He asked. His voice masked with curiosity.
"Because you will kill yourself socially." I said with a sigh.
I finally looked up at the mystery man.
My eyes widen and I let out a small gasp.
It's him. Ian Stone.
He bullied me for the longest time. He was the worst I had.
He looked at me confused.
"What?"
He doesn't remember me. Is that good or bad?
"N-nothing."
"Okay." He said slowly.
The bell rang and I jumped out of my seat and ran into the hallway.
When I rounded a corner I started to walk.
I entered my next class which was English with Mrs.Loom.
Ian came into the room and searched the class. When he spotted me in the back corner he started to walk towards me.
In just a few strides he was standing in front of my desk.
I closed my eyes and held my breath waiting for an insult or a hit.
"Are you okay? You're turning purple." He said.
I let out a breath and opened my eyes.
I looked at him in shock.
"You didn't hurt me?" I asked wide eyed.
I'm usually not that bold to ask questions.
His eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"What? No, I wouldn't hit a girl."
I scoffed.
He hit me before he moved. I had a black eye because he hit me with his backpack.
"Yeah right." I said under my breath so he wouldn't hear me.
"What's your name?"
Should I tell him my name?
He is going to find out sooner or later.
"Olivia Spring." I mumbled.
Realization went through his eyes.

Before he could say anything Mrs.Loom came into the room. He sat down next to me.
Through out class I could feel Ian's gaze burning a hole on the side of my head.
After the bell rang I was outta there faster then you could say see ya.
Some of the girls from Candy's clique gave me their homework to do for them after 3rd hour. They headed to lunch while I walked to my locker barely able to carry their stupid homework.
I rounded a corner and bumped into someone.

"Oh. I'm so sorry I didn't mean too." I said collecting the papers.
The person I bumped into started helping me.
"You don't have to help me I got this. I'm sure you have somewhere more important to be." I said kindly.
"No, it's okay. It was my fault. I was caught up in my thoughts."
I gasped and looked up at Ian.
My mouth was wide.
"I -I uh-okay." I squeaked.
He let out a throaty chuckle and I had a slight smile on my face.
He looked at the papers and his eyebrows furrowed.
"Why do you have all these peoples homework?" He asked looking from the paper to me.
"Um because..they told me to." I said in a 'duh' tone.
"Why would you do what they say?"
"Ian." I sighed. "I don't have time for a questionair." I said.
My eyes widen when I realized I talked back.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to talk back. Please don't do any-"
"Olivia. I would never hurt you." He said with hurt.
"But you had before."
He gave me a confused look.
"When?"
"Before you moved. I had a black eye for two weeks because you hit me with your backpack."
"Oh I'm sorry. I didn't know. Did I do it by accident?"
"No! You hit me, I fell to the floor then you started laughing." I snapped.
His mouth was opened slightly and his eyes wide.
"Olivia-"
I waved my hand dismissivly.
"Oh there you are. I have been looking everywhere for you." Candy said to Ian as she walked up to him.
He turned his head to her and I took that as my advantage and went to my locker. When he turned his head to look at me I was already around the corner.
I hope I didn't make matters worse with him.
