[RIA]

I woke up with a headache and no memory as to where I am nor how I got here exactly.

"Good morning," a queen greeted.

"Who are you and how did I get here?" I questioned.

"My men found you in the woods with a gruesome head injury and soaken wet....do you remember what happened or how you came to be found in our rivers?" She wondered.

"I don't remember much....all I remember was falling into the river and my head hit a rock I think," I answered.

"What is your name?"

"Ria??? I remember a man constantly calling me that but I'm not sure....I only see pieces of different parts of my life but I can't fully remember," I said frustrated.

"It's alright, my child....you're safe here with us," the queen stated.

"You seem familiar to me but I'm unsure," I stated.

"Your name is Riannon but many people simply call you Ria as a nickname," she revealed.

"My head hurts..."

"It's alright, Ria...I am Queen Calanthe, I promise to take good care of you while you recover; a few handmaidens will help you bathe and dress so I can show you around our kingdom," Queen Calanthe stated.

"Thank you, your majesty," I said.

"You don't have to address me in such a manner unless we have important festivities," she smirked.

"Why are you helping me???"

"You look so much like your cousin Pavetta...I'm grateful that my men found you before anyone else did; it's time that you learn of our bloodline and Mousesack will help you control your gifts you've been blessed with," Calanthe answered.

"Our bloodline???"

"Cirilla isn't ready to rule this kingdom yet and I need an heir who can rule in my place if something were to happen to me during a war; you are family and this kingdom is yours by birthright and once you are well, we will celebrate your arrival to our kingdom as Princess Riannon of Cintra," she stated.

"I won't fail you, aunt Cal," I promised.

She hugged me tightly and left me with the handmaidens to clean up and they helped me with getting into my dress before placing a crown on my head. Suddenly, I sensed someone hiding behind the door to get a glimpse of me as they seemed to be curious about my presence.

"I don't bite, child...you can come out hiding and show yourself," I stated.

I turned around realizing it was the girl from my dreams and surprisingly enough, she seemed to know my face as well.

"You're real?!" the girl exclaimed.

"I remember every night that I saw you but it didn't feel real to me either until now," I smiled.

"Cirilla, where are-"

The obvious druid was surprised to see us together and something obviously seemed to click in his mind.
