He likes to drink alone or with a +1 but that's about it, he'll sometimes consider hanging around others to get a ride off to somewhere since he is so tiny but he doesn't exactly like to be called small, it annoys him to no end.
What is he like?
He's kind of a picky people and things kind of guy and suprisingly has a good eye for the more interesting people and things, but he really doesn't like it when people point out the very obviously visible facts about him half the time(ex: he is VERY tiny).
He's also a 'lone wolf' kind of guy.

How does it work?
He can create ghostly hands and/or turn himself into a phantomie ghost which can increase speed, stamina, and strength or make smaller items or people float, he however is not affected by the ghost queens fruit and takes no affect whatsoever, he is naturally small though and tries to ignore it for he cannot make himself smaller or bigger in phantom form.
