Chapter 8

Mads POV
"Alright I'll look into it." Mads says crossing her arms as the group of females entered the Grove, one of if not the biggest LA shopping center ever. "Alright so do you guys wanna take care of Christmas shopping too while we're at it?" Avani asks "I have few things for Noah I need to get so yea." Dixie replied and smiled pulling out her phone that contained a list of what everyone wanted. "I still don't what to buy Christian I mean he wants a guitar but I don't what one to buy him exactly." Mads puts her lip together she didn't know what to do

"I'll help ya." Dixie replied and Mia looked at Nessa "Are you buying for anyone honey? I know you don't have a significant other but family anyone?" Nessa smiled "I need a present for my little step sister, I'm gonna go see my moms side this year and she's the last person I have to buy for however I don't know 8 year little girls like." Nessa just shrugged and sighed causing Mads to roll her eyes in disgust.

Nessa's Pov
"She's really sweet and shy, but also she absolutely adores me, she likes Coloring but I don't know what to buy her." Nessa sighed as Mia giggled "Well we're at a kids store in front of it right now- let's look in here? I have to buy Charli something anyway." Dixie replied causing everyone to look at her weirdly "She's 17? Not 5?" Nessa says confused and Dixie giggled "its Tradition we buy each other something childish we do end up donating the gifts to kids in need though but yea that's what we do."

"Hey uh Nessa I gotta ask do you have a crush on anyone?" Kouvr says smiling sweetly, this cause Mads to immediately pick up and listen in to their conversation if she admitted she had a crush she could use this as blackmail or something. This could be really good information, for her really really good information

"Uhm I mean not really I mean I might be into someone I don't know I can't exactly tell where my feelings stand but they're pretty nice to me and a good person I just don't know how people would think of us together, yknow?" Nessa says feeling her cheeks heat up as she started browsing shelves for coloring stuff "Do you think these 58 pack of colored pencils work? Maybe I could get her markers and a coloring book I don't know."

Dixie smiled "Maybe get her a how to draw book? On people- she could always perfect her drawings ." She grabbed a baby doll for her 17 year old sister and giggled "I wanna be a mother!" Mia grabbed a baby blanket and hugged it giggling "I should ask Thomas for a baby." She exclaimed happily and smiled putting the blanket in the cart "Also this is payback for ignoring me the other day for his vlog." She smirked and smiled

Nessa started singing reckless, why? She didn't know but she had the urge to sing it and so she did. She was singing quietly while browsing the racks and such for gifts for her younger step sister, she looked at Mads who giving her a disgusting look and she quickly looked at her friends "I'm gonna go step outside for a minute sorry.." she says quickly stepping outside and broke down softly. She knew she deserved it but she just wished Mads would stop.

Mads giggled "What a crybaby, no wonder Josh cheated on you whore you deserve it.." she stated taking pictures of her crying and laughing,  "look at me I'm a slut who slept with her ex Bestfriend's boyfriend and a crybaby!" She taunted her more, and grabbed Nessa's arm squeezing it tightly before letting go and walking off acting like nothing had happened

This has sent Nessa into an episode and she started freaking out and shaking, wanting Dixie or Mia or anyone, she shakily called for help but nobody heard her and she didn't know what to do. After about 5 minutes of panicking Kouvr rushed out and comforted her- seeing everyone else walked out and comfort her she started calming down slowly but she was pretty shaky, "I want Chase." She whispered out slowly, as being with him made her feel safe and comfortable

"I'm sorry honey we can't get him, how about we go back and cancel the rest of the day? You can see him at the house." Mia assured her and helped her up as Nessa stumbled and the gang slowly made their way to the cars and back to the house..
