The sun was peeking out from the hills as Aurora Winston passed the welcome to charming sign slightly rolling her icy blue eyes at the irony of the name there was in no way anything charming in the town switching through the channels on her radio smiling slightly when a Taylor Swift song came on turning up the radio and humming softly to the song,
pulling down the road to her brothers house she seen donnas car parked in the driveway smiling softly at the thought of seeing her best friend she parked her car in the driveway and had completely left her bags in the back of her car jumping out and running to the door almost tripping up the stairs but she managed to balance herself out sighing Aurora shook off her nerves and smiled tightly before raising her hand and knocking on the door she could hear Donna muttering softly before opening her door
"Oh my god" Donna exclaimed dropping her hands from the door and pulling Aurora into a hug they both spun around in circles holding onto each other before Donna pulled away
"Your here are you back" she said with a big smile
"I am I'm back" Aurora smiled back at her best friend
"Thank god h-have you seen him you know jax" Donna softly questioned her smile was now a frown
"No and I won't go out of my way to see him" Aurora said as a sneer took over her face
"You can't be mad at him forever" Donna said patting Auroras back
"I can and I will" Aurora replied the sneer still on her face
"You ever gonna tell me what the fight was about" Donna questioned

4 years ago... "What is this" Jax questioned slapping an envelope on the table
"An envelope" Aurora snapped rolling her eyes at the blonde
"Obviously I mean when we're you gonna tell me you applied to college" He scoffed
"It's my college envelope" she smiled grabbing the envelope and opening it
"Aha I got in" Aurora jumped up from the table screaming "I got in"
"You applied for fucken college" Jax sneered
"Yeah I told you I wanted to be a designer" Aurora said holding her envelope to her chest
"Fuck!" Jax yelled swiping everything off the table
"You fucken go and don't ever come back you hear me" he yelled again
"Where the fuck is this coming from you knew I wanted to go to college we were gonna do the long distance and I'd drive up and see you every weekend" Aurora questioned confused to why her boyfriend was doing this
"It'll never work so I'm doing us both a fucken favour so pack your shit and leave princess has to go to college" he spat at her
"Come on sweetheart let's go" her mom had walked in hearing the fight Aurora turned missing the look Mary had sent jax.
In the following week Aurora's stuff was moved out of the house she had shared with Jax and she was going to be going to college in September so for now she lived with her mother who had expectations for her daughter higher than Mount Everest.
