New companion

Ethan's POV

In about three days I prepared everything, the only thing remaining was for me to inform Rayna about our little trip,

It was about 5 a.m when I quietly entered the house from taking care of some business, I sighed tiredly walking slowly to my bedroom I looked over at the bed and see her there sleeping peacefully, I stand there admiring here beauty, God what can I do?, when i'm close to her it feels like i'm in another world totally, I feel like I need to be a total different person in front of her just to please her and for her to see me in a way that I don't see myself,

" Ethan come" she said softly looking up at me,

it startled me cause I didn't see her waking up,

" oh sorry did I wake you?" I said,

she shook her head,

" I feel distress" she smiled sadly,

I frowned at what she said,

" what do you mean?" I asked her getting closer to the bed,

" come I touch your head" she said siting up properly on the bed and trying to get close to me,

I just silently looked at her and tried to understand what was going on then I remember her doing this thing with my head,

"look I don't think is a good idea right now, we need to leave and go somewhere far from here for a couple of days, I have business I have to attend and I can't leave you here alone so you're coming with me" I said in a rush, beign always nervous around her is beyond me, it's like she's controlling me in a way or it's because I feel an attraction towards her and I won't deny it,

she looked at me and sigh,

" I saw when you little and your life" she said shaking her looking as if she was thinking something,

" human people very wicked and bad, very very bad people" she said thinking aloud,

" so when leaving?" she asked stretching, she walked over to the big mirror that was in the corner of my room and turned a bit trying to look at her wounded wing with a frown, it seems that it was the only thing that didn't heal quickly,

"dangerous?" she said now looking at me,

" it's not, just a little trip to meet a friend" I lied to her,

she stared at me for a while and I did the same, I notice that her wounds where healing fasted that a human could, I guess that's a good thing, I know her family must be worried and looking for her, she can't do much from what she explained and I really hope nobody or any scientist mother fuckers or the satellite didn't capture anything abnormal during her fall,

she nodded then went to the bathroom I sat down on the bed in frustration, I soon heard the shower turn on, I got up and quickly packed all my knifes and guns pilling them in a bag then took a bag as well to take my close and hers.

We were now getting out the car at the airport, we're about to take the private jet, I have to keep Ryna safe, I took the blanket that was at the boot of the car and wrapped it around her to shield her wings from the site of anyone,

"Try to bring them a bit down so no one can see ok?" I told her, she nodded her head in approval, I took our bags to i packed and walked with her it was still dark so thankfully no one really can see her except their close to her, as we walked the prive jet came to view and we quickly walked to it, I let her climb in first, she looked around in awe,

"beautiful" she wisphered as she sat down on her seat I lead her to,

I sat as well brought out my computer got comfortable and started my plan on my assignment,

" Sir we're about to take off please seat belts on" our pilot announced, I got up and helped Rayna and I buckled myself as we took off, I looked up and watched how she was staring out of the window with a smile but I knew that it was a sad one, I guess it's because she can't fly herself hopefully she'll heal soon enough.

after 2 hours of flight we finally landed, Rayna was still asleep, I walked up to her and loosed her seat belt and took her bridal style out of the plane and got in the car that was waiting for my arrival, I gently placed her on the back seat of the car and sat down as well, I looked at the driver Elias, the shocked and scared look on his face was making me want to roll my eyes in annoyance but I glared at him instead,

" don't even think about it stay away from her, don't say anything about her and don't even looked at her, face the road and take me to my hotel" I said in anger, something is telling me that he's going to snitch,

" but what is it? I!! where did you find this creature from?" he asked scared, I sighed in frustration,

" just drive this damn car Elias!!" I said,

he turned gulped and started the car and drove off.

we got to my hotel and told him to bring my keys while I pass the back door, I can't risk any other seeing her, I walked up the stairs then took the elevato to my penthouse, I placed Rayna on the bed and covered her, I walked back to the living room and saw Elias standing there In expectation of me to explain myself,

" Elias, you're going to be a good boy and shut the fuck up yeah?" I said to him,

"but Ethan you can't keep it" he said a bit frightened,

" first of all you're not my friend so don't call me by my name, second of all is a she! don't disrespect her for your own good " i said glaring at him, I head footsteps coming from behind me, I turned my head and saw Rayna looking at Elias in alert and walked cautiously close to him,

" Ethan human danger?" she asked me,

" no Rayna he's not dangerous, are you hungry?" I said to her,

she became more relaxed and stood in front of him and smiled at him,

" yes very hungry, I want to eat human boy" she said still smiling, I just knew she was joking wanting to make fun of Elias, the poor boy took a step back, he looked like he was about to pass out,

" Ethan she said "

" I heard her she said was just joking she's not cannibal" I said shaking my head walking to the kitchen to look for something to cook for us, it's going to be a long day.
