Coursing smoothly through my veins
My friends don't like you, family too
Nicknamed you 'addiction'
To me you're friend, soon to be family
Ever there to fight the pain
Had I any companion that wasn't you?
Circus freak, my diversion
Regardless, with you I was happy
All your troubles are worth the gain
Trembles and aches I wish you didn't do
Still I'm no less in obsession
You are a slippery path, I'm savy
As my consciousness I regain
'Overdosed yet alive' the walls echo
Excess of you the source of my concussion
