a/n hi guys um. where to start? school recently started up again and i'm already so behind on work lol so i swore off writing and reading for a while :( but then i came back and saw ALL THIS LOVE?? you guys are so funny i was reading the comments and laughing my as5 off oh my god all the jayce slander??? and don't even get me started on the other stuff 😂 anyways much love from me to you guys i'm so happy you all enjoy this!

because it's a self insert fic i wasn't sure what to write but based off of your choice of character i will be writing what i think your toxic trait would be. i don't think this will accurately reflect your real traits but i hope it makes sense based off of history and context from the show!

VIKTOR
insecure

- lives in the city of progress but is decaying

- there are days when he's weak, his passion for inventing and creating overshadowed by his thoughts about his death and how minuscule he feels

- bitter that he seems to have so little time to live, and to be with you

- sometimes he'll spiral and think he doesn't deserve to be with you, that you could do better than him

YOU
overbearing

- sometimes you feel like you have to overcompensate in taking care of him

- because of his illness

- but you'll take it too far and he feels like you're pitying him

- can cause tension between you two when he shrugs you off

JINX
emotionally burdened

- the voices are sometimes the only things she can hear

- you've tried talking to her, shouting, shaking, but sometimes it's all too much

- she'll lash out at you by accident and won't even know (not physically)

- sometimes disappears for days at a time without telling you

- it's not her fault, it's just something that's manifested through trauma and grief

emotionally repressed

- over the years with Jinx, you've become a very emotionally repressed person

- it happened subconsciously

- it's because Jinx is super unstable and emotionally troubled, so there's not enough space in the relationship for your feelings and your insecurities

- Jinx doesn't mean to do it, it's just that both of you have been through so much and it's hard to see how you're hurting each other

- being an orphan of the Undercity there was never enough time for digesting pain, the wounds on the surface and the wounds in the heart

- so she has issues communicating with you sometimes

- it's hard to vocalize and explain everything going on with her

- which translates into miscommunication
