Rebecca is a 15-year-old Irish girl who is going through a rebellious phase after her parents divorced two years ago. Now things get even more difficult for Rebecca when her mother decides to move to the United States, hoping to start a new life.
Despite Rebecca's refusal to leave her native Ireland to move to America, she soon realizes that it may not have been such a bad idea after she meets a group of boys at her high school with whom she strikes up a beautiful friendship, but one of them will turn her life upside down.
