Harry spun around so quick that the world blurred for a moment, before coming back into focus.
Remus appeared next to them, a friendly smile crossed across his face. "What will be okay? Is everything fine, are you alright?" He asked, eying him worriedly.
A wave of relief cursed through Harry, making it ten times easier to return Remus's smile. He hasn't heard anything, he thought, exchanging glances with Fleur. "We were just talking about Harry's headache," She lied smoothly, shooting him a dazzling look. Harry had no doubt she was using a little of her Veela charm. "He was not feeling well this morning either."
"Oh," Remus's expressions turned to one of concern. "Are you alright now? Do you need breakfast in bed? I'm sure the Potters wouldn't-"
"I'm fine," Harry assured his friend quickly, shooting him a small smile. "It was just a little headache, that's all. I'm fine now, I swear."
Remus nodded, looking a little concerned, but otherwise fine. "Alright then," He said, grinning again. "James and the others are all waiting for you. Sirius sent me to get you-you know how he is-because he was very hungry."
Harry laughed, walking along with his friend. "Oh don't worry, I know exactly how he is." He spoke, chuckling. Out of the corner of his eyes, Harry noticed a small silhouette disappear from view, making his good mood dissolve. He looked at Fleur, who was also watching the place where it had been.
For a moment, the two of them caught each others eyes, a silent communication running between them. We'll find out later on, Fleur's expression seemed to say. Harry nodded, forcing a smile upon his face. He hoped his expression conveyed the same message.
After a few short moments of walk, Harry and his friends reached the dining hall, where James, Lily, Jacques and Blaec were all laughing about something Sirius had just said. "And then-oh." Sirius broke off when he saw the three of them arriving, a grin tugging at the corner of his lips. "Finally. You two have been coming to breakfast late quiet frequently."
Fleur shot him a sharp look. "Harry was feeling unwell," She spoke shortly, following him and Remus to seats across the table. "He was having a headache."
"Again?" Lily asked, her tone laid down with worry. "Are you sure you're fine Harry? Should-"
"I'm fine," He assured her, smiling. "It was just a headache, that's all. I'm fine now, really."
James nodded in agreement, taking a bite of his sandwich. "You better be," He commented in between mouthfuls. "Because Christmas is in three days."
Harry blinked, surprised. Christmas?
He had forgotten all about it.
