CHAPTER SEVEN: dresses and strangers

NICKLAUS SWAN KNEW HE COULDN'T SKIP SCHOOL. Not again. The sun was beaming brightly. Everyone was excited and happy about it—all aside from the Swan twins.
Klaus walked over to where he saw Bella, sitting down, quietly. "Hello."
Jessica, who sat on the table, jumped, her eyes were closed so she hadn't seen him sit down and he was quiet when he was walking. She had almost fallen off the table if Klaus didn't grab her and pull her back. The girl, embarrassed, turned away from him.
"So, what'cha talking about?" Klaus asked his sister.
"The Cullens and how they ditch whenever the weather is nice," Jessica answered.
"That's because they go hiking and camping, I went with them once." Klaus says. "Carlisle wrote a fake doctors note." He then turns to the two girls. "Which I did not tell you."
Angela ran up to them, stopping for a moment in surprise, seeing Klaus. "I'm going to the prom with Eric! I just asked him, I took control!" She hugs Bella. "Are you sure you have to go out of town?"
