The day after my practice session with SBI (and my reality-shattering kiss with Wilbur), the roster for round four came in. Somehow we all made it through again. Honestly, I have no idea how we've made it this far, but it's not as though I'm complaining or anything.
This round's theme was described simply as 'Anti-folk,' and after a quick Google search I found out that anti-folk is basically the modern evolution of folk as well (as well as some elements of punk on occasion). My mind instantly came to the conclusion that Wilbur was currently feeling ecstatic about the theme of this round and I nearly slapped myself in the face for thinking about a boy before my own band.
'But this is exactly the sort of music he adores,' my conscience tried to convince me as I scrolled through some of the examples of anti-folk. It definitely was the sort of music Wilbur likes. A couple of the names of artists jumped out to me as ones the Brit had mentioned on our coffee date and my heart fluttered a bit in my chest.
"Cute boy playing songs he's really passionate about? This might be too much for me to handle," I mumbled to myself while I organized my things for school.

That evening, I was bored and decided that I wanted to message the group chat to see what everyone was doing.
