4. Into your eyes.

It was their short break, when Phyllicia and Emily stood up to meet Yuki, while the other girls were busy telling their own stories.

The corridor was fully crowded with students rushing here and there and giggling with their friends.

The bell rang loudly into their ears, and the three girls bid their goodbyes and the two TRIED to head towards their class, a two rooms away.

At the junction of the hall, where they were about to take a turn, a familiar tall boy, who was walking opposite to their direction, accidentally bumped into Em causing her to lose her balance and fall.

Thankfully, before that could happen, he held her by her wrist and pulled her towards himself preventing her fall. They were lost, staring at each other, when it dawned to Emily that the boy was..... Stevenson. She widened her eyes in surprise, rather in shock, and broke their position. "I'm really so........"his words got caught in his throat before he could apologise, and his eyes turned cold. "I'm sorry" he blurted out hurriedly before looking away.

Emily found it somehow difficult to reply to him, that they just stood in the same position staring at each other. Their staring competition finally broke when a boy accidentally stamped on Steve's Shoe, making him curse loudly, "WHAT THE FCK?! CAN'T U SEE WHILE WALKING, FCKING BASTARD!?!"

He turned towards her to ask if she was OK, but immediately, Emily ran towards her class, ignoring her name being called behind. After entering the class did she notice that even Phyllicia was calling her name running behind her, and mentally slapped herself for not answering her.

"You! Girl! What's wrong! And what just happened?"Phyllicia was exclaiming in shock seeing what just happened in front of her. And before Em could answer, their lecturer gave his entry into the class, saving Emily of the interrogation by her friends.
