pretty witch

She's not a princess dressed in pink
That every child admire and loves
She's a pretty witch dressed in black
That every child evade and fears
She's not kind nor has a pretty soul
As they have, her soul is black as coal
Her coal-like eyes can burn you into ashes
And her feelings and beliefs often clashes
With others, she's like a frightening rebel
Her heart used to be soft like pretty petals
But the world made her heart like a pebble
She doesn't need a prince to rescue her
She fights for herself until her last breath
People are just a speck of dust in front her
Her dark soulless eyes are enough to
Make people fear to kneel
underneath her black heels
she's that witch, your mother used to
Remind you of when you didn't sleep
She's that pretty witch dressed in black.
