Chp. 6 - Jobs are mean, in Error's opinion

The door opened, as CQ came home. ,,I'm home!"
She called out, bringing her stuff into the house.
"Mama!" "Ma!" Fresh and Error cheered excitedly with their older brother as they then rushed towards their mother figure, Error hugging CQ happily while Fresh just did a regular hug, but still 'happy'.

Geno followed his brothers a bit slower, before rushing to CQ too.
He hugged her too, while CQ smiled and chuckled slightly.
,,Hey, Gen-Gen, Ruru and Freshy." She said and rubbed each son over his head.
,,How are you? Did you already eat?"

"Yes mama." "Ye ma, we already ate! Actually just finished an hour ago!"
Fresh chirped and Error nodded in agreement before carefully holding Geno's hand a bit.
,,Yep! It was very delish!" Geno cheered and giggled slightly. CQ smiled.
,,That's good. Hey, I am home tomorrow. Do we want to go in the park or do something together?"
The woman asked her sons, while closing the door behind herself.

Fresh gasped at that. "Yuuuuuh!"
Fresh exclaimed and Error shrugged. "Why not."
Error smiled gently and then glanced at Geno, carefully holding his hand.Geno clapped happily with his hands. ,,Yes! Thank you, mom!"
He cheered and hugged CQ. The woman smiled and rubbed Geno's head.

Error then hummed softly before looking up.
"You should sit on the couch and rest for now though mama."
Error spoke as he then began to lead CQ to the couch.
"Fresh grab a pillow for Mama so she can rest for a bit." "Got it broski!" "Geno, water?"
Error softly asked, turning to his brother as he sits CQ down.

CQ smiled slightly at her sons, shaking her head a bit. ,,I don't deserve you three..."
She mumbled, as Geno ran into the kitchen, to get a glass of water.
"You very much do mama." Error smiled softly once CQ sat down, soon enough, Fresh came running down with a pillow and giving it to CQ.
"Rest fo' a bit mama, you can wie down after Geno gave you water." Error smiled gently.
"Fresh, stay with ma, I'm taking her stuff to her room."
Error then moved and carefully picked up his mother's bag and items and began to carry it upstairs.

Fresh nodded before sititng down besides CQ and glancing at the kitchen to wait for Geno.
Geno came smiling back, walking slowly to Fresh and CQ and gave his mother the water.
CQ thanked her sons slightly, drinking a bit from the water.

,,...Does it always go like this?" Nightmare asked Error curiously.
'Mhmm.' Error replied as he then carefully sets the bags down. 'Mama has always been tired everytime she comes home from work really, so it's just a normal everyday thing... Unless it's Sunday. Sunday's usually a free day unless the meanie job calls her in.'
Error added and then beginning to walk downstairs now.

,,...That's- That's problematic. Do you know what she is working as?" Nightmare asked the child curiously.
'No, Sorry.' Error replied and then began walking back down now.
,,It's alright, kid..." Nightmare hummed. ,,But really if I find her employer..."
The guardian mumbled then way quieter.

Error blinked in confusion 'What's an employer?'
Error curiously thought, entering the room to find that CQ was currently lying down, with Fresh and Geno reading one of his old books, and an empty glass of water on the table.
Error nodded in satisfaction at that.

,,An Employer is someone who gives the employees, like your mother, their job and also money.... to explain it easily."
Nightmare answered the child.
Geno looked up from the book and waved Error smiling, before looking back at the book.
'Oh... Then they're the mean ones then?' Error thought curiously and then sat besides his brothers.

,,Yes." Answered Nightmare, ,,They're saying how long the employee needs to work, what they should do at work and how much money they get... But it's honestly weird... if your mom is working that hard for you, then why doesn't she get enough money? It feels like scam, honestly-"
The guardian added then.
