"Miles!" The manor was in shambles. There were a heap of things to do, a heaping pile of laundry to wash, a heap lot of flowers to water and harvest, and most importantly, a horrifyingly endless pile of horse dump in the stables to clean.

Lexi grimaced at the continuous ringing of the telephone around the hallways, clutching a basket of dirty clothes to her waist. Being the eldest servant around the manor had its perks and disadvantages, one being the supposed responsible one who took care of the other servants' shenanigans. Despite only having two other servants to help her, excluding Vivielle, it always resulted in chaos, especially since both of them are merely teenagers who had no experience in any other house tasks.

"Emile!" She called for the boy once more, this time louder. Once she saw the boy's fluffy ash hair stuck out from the corner, she handed him the basket of laundry. "Go and take this to the washroom, deary, I have to go call Vivielle."

Lexi made her way toward the music room where the muffled tune of the harp had graced her ears, which brought a proud smile to her face at the progress her lady Claire has made since she was hired. "Vivielle, Lady Claire," She called after knocking. The harp paused, and the door opened to reveal the dirty blonde maid, a puzzled look on her face. "You received a call. It's been ringing for a while in the hallway, but I didn't answer it in case it was private."
