Butterfly Maid & Ocean Butler

Synopsis: Just some snippets of a maid and butler in love.

Scenario I: Ballroom Dancing

Shinobu had just finished sweeping one of the ballrooms inside of the Ubuyashiki Castle when Giyu walked in and hugged her from behind.

"Hello my butterfly," he said.

"Giyu?" Shinobu said, slightly surprised, "What are you doing here, I thought that you had to go to the town for supplies?"

"Rengoku offered to do it for me, and I thought, 'what better to do with my free time than to spend it with my Sugarplum?' So, here I am."

Shinobu blushed and gave him a quick peck on the cheek.

"Well, I'm glad you're here with me," she said sweetly, "Would you like to dance?"

Giyu smiled and proceeded to take her hand, "I would be honored my lady."

She soon led him to a gentle waltz with him happily following. The two stared at each other with loving eyes as they danced to the tune of an orchestra that wasn't playing. Swaying along to the sweetest of melodies, Giyu spun Shinobu around, dipped her, and gave her a loving kiss on her lips. Shinobu laughed so lovingly that it made him feel as though he was floating on a cloud. That fluffy feeling increased tenfold as he lifted her back up from the dip and she peppered multiple kisses on his face

Unfortunately for them, all good things must come to an end.

"Tomioka! The Master's calling for you!" Kyojuro's booming voice called out.

"Huh, he came back earlier than I expected," Giyu remarked, slightly upset at the interrupted moment. He kissed Shinobu's hand and went off.

"I'll see you later my butterfly," he said, with Shinobu blowing him a kiss. When he left, Shinobu took her broom and went back to her quarters, humming and daydreaming as she went.

Scenario lI: Gossip and Such

Mitsuri and Shinobu were talking in one of the hallways of Oyakata-sama's castle, talking about their day and anything interesting that came to mind.

"And that's the story of how my cat Mochi became respected and loved by my pet bees," Mitsuri finished, "I honestly wonder if she has royal blood in her, I mean, I've never seen any sort of cat have a positive relationship with bees before, have you?"

Shinobu shook her head, "No, I've never heard anything like that, your cat must be really special Mitsuri."

"I know isn't she!" she gushed, "Aww, I just love her, but enough about me, how have you and Tomioka-san been hmm?"

Shinobu lightly blushed, "We had a date in the park yesterday."

"Kyyyyaaaa!" Mitsuri squealed, "Tell me everything that happened!"

"Well first, we had dinner at this nice restaurant. He had salmon daikon while I ordered ginger tsukudani. We shared a few bites of the other's dish, and then we went to the park. When we got there, it was a bit colder than at the beginning of the date, but Giyu gave me his jacket to keep me warm."

Mitsuri was practically about to explode from the cuteness, but before she could make a comment about how sweet that moment must have been, the broom closet next to them started shaking.

"W-What was that?" Mitsuri asked.

"I don't know," Shinobu said while grabbing a knife that she had hidden in her dress, "But if it's some sort of wild animal trying to attack us, I will stab it and serve it up for dinner."
