"Apps for college suck" I told Aaliyah over the phone.

"Please, I might be staying here" I exhaled loudly

I told my bestie I had to go & we hung up, I jumped off my bed going downstairs.
Dad was sitting in the living room with my mom talking about something.
"Hey wassup?"
"Sit down" He said, Uh oh what the hell did I do?

"Well mom & I have been having some problems lately"
"Are you guys getting a divorce?" My mom looked over at my dad.
"No but we need time for ourselves to help us fix it so we will be going to our place in Monaco for a month"
I sighed in relief that they were not getting a divorce.
"Ok well you & Davis are going to stay here but Monet is going to look after you while we gone we leave tonight" I nod feeling good inside knowing all I wanted was to be with Monet.
