Chapter 23: Party of Pirates, Bounty Hunters and Fairies

 Normal POV

The guild closes its gate and just waits for an outcome of the Marines. The Straw Hat's and some of the guild members with Natsu are still at the basement of the guild.

"Where are Luffy and the others?" Usopp asked

"They are at the basement. I'm going to lead you there." Mirajane said

"Some one's coming." Max said leaning his ears at the doors of the guild

"EEKKK!!! Maybe it's the marines! Hurry and hide me!" Usopp said in panic

The footsteps are coming closer and closer. Everyone is on their guard. They are all nervous who is it going to be. The door creaky and slowly opens.

"Be on your guard." Erza said waiting for the person to come in to the guild. Max gets out of the way and joined the other members

The door fully opens.

"Minna-san? Why is the door close?"

"Haaaa...." The guild sighted in relief

"What happened here?"

"Geez don't scare us like that Wendy!" Max said

"Huh? Did I do something?" Wendy said. Wendy and Carla are the ones who came in to the guild.

"We'll explain everything later." Erza said

"But there are people outside. They said they want to ask something from the guild." Wendy said

"There here!!!!!" Usopp yelled

"What?" Erza said.

"Usopp-san? What are you doing here?" Wendy said

"Long story Wendy but are those people outside, Marines?" Mira asked

"I think so? They are wearing sailor uniforms and they all have guns on hand." Carla said

"So they're here. Erza open the gates!" Master Macarov said

"But Master."

"We need to talk to them or they might find us suspicious. Usopp right? Just follow Mira to the basement."

"Hai Master!" Mira said and she escorted Usopp

Erza open up the gates and reveal hundreds of Marines in front of the guild. Everyone's eyes are wide open to see the Marines. Master Macarov went to them and speaks with the Captain of the Marines.

"I'm Tashigi the Captain of the G-8 Marines and this is Vice Admiral Smoker." A lady with glasses introduced themselves with the guy wearing shades and smoking tobacco.

"I'm Mcarov Dreyar, the guild master of Fairy Tail. How may I help you?" Master Macarov said

"We just want to ask some questions." Tashigi said

"Sure come in." Master said and Smoker and Tashigi went inside the guild leaving the G-8 outside

"We are contacted that a group of pirates came here in this town. They are the Straw Hat pirates, if you may please tell us if you know something about them?" Tashigi said

"Pirates? Yes we do know them." Master said and everyone in the guild specially Erza was startled of what Master just said

"Really?" Tashigi said

"They came here in this town and create havoc and disaster. They even fought some of my children."

"Mugiwara.... We don't have time to waste where are they?" Smoker said standing up from his seat
