A Black Clover Fanfic. This will not completely follow the original story. A lot will be different. Some things that happened in the manga will not happen in my story.
Alexanna Adari Grinberryall was the only princess to The Spade Kingdom. Her mothe...
Making it to the border of clover and heart kingdom I was hit with a problem. Finding a vast tree to land on I sat down to rest. So do I need an entrance pass to get into Clover? No way was I entering illegally, should I send a scroll to the queen to get one? Wouldn't Lolo tell me if I needed one or did she assume I knew already?
"Ugh. Now, this is a problem, what do I do now?" "If you plan to enter the Clover kingdom you can walk through normally. Our borders are open to Heart Kingdom residents" I flinch and spin around pulling out my dagger facing the voice. He held his hands up slightly but I felt distracted by the gaudy mask.

I slowly lowered my weapon as my gut told me he meant no harm. "You startled me. It is rather rude to sneak up on someone." "I apologize, that was not my intention at all. I only planned to ask what might be troubling. I saw you land from the border and your face told me what you fretted over." I felt my face flush out of embarrassment and something Emma told me once came to mind. She said my face was always an open book of emotions.
"Ah, well I came from a small village deep in the heart kingdom so I didn't know much about the border. My name is," I paused and remembered I should probably not give my real name," Anna Adari is my name. Yours?" He held out his hand and I shook it as we both smiled in greeting.
"My name is William Vangeance. I'm the Royal Knight-Captain of The Golden Dawn." "Oh, I see. I apologize that I don't know the different units of royal knights in the Clover kingdom but it is a pleasure to meet you." He tilted as he put one of his hands on his chin. His body language told me he was confused about something. "I'm sorry to pry but your clothing doesn't LOOK like the typical clothes Heart kingdom residents wear." Oh, I see! I guess that makes sense. I looked down at my adventures outfit with a warm smile. Tightly fitted and tailored perfectly. "You have a keen eye! I was raised in an Elven Village so these clothes would be a bit different." His eyes in the mask widened and he flinched. "Elves?! You were raised by Elves?!" I giggled and nodded smiling at the thought of being special enough to be raised by such wonderful people. "Haha, yes but I left the village to find my younger brother. We were separated when we were little." "Could you tell me the name of the village? I didn't know the heart kingdom had elves as residents. They helped you on your goal that is indeed amazing!" "Oh, I see now! We have an Elf fan here! Unfortunately, I can't tell you the name or location. If it's meant to be for you to go there the location and name will come to you." He nodded and then a horn blared. "That doesn't sound good." "Seems to be a bandit attack." I start stretching and he gives me the same confused look. "I'll help! They can't be too bad." Before he could answer me or stop me I jumped off the tree's branches toward the blaring of the horns.
By the time I got there, William was right behind me as another man dressed similarly to him ran up to us. "Sir, we have taken down everyone except the leader. He's holding a child hostage and—" I didn't give him time to finish as my eyes locked on the leader holding a little girl by wand point. Taking out my grimoire I look at the bandit. "Universal Magic. Body manipulation!" I whispered loud enough for William and the man to hear. The bandit went stiff with wide eyes. I put my body in the same stance as the bandit and made a releasing motion causing the bandit to do the same. "Little girl," I said loud enough for everyone to hear me," go to your mom now before she worries." The little girl nodded quickly and ran off as I put my body in a stance that made it easy to restrain or subdue a person. Looking over to William with a smile "Please have someone restrain this man." Very soon the man had been restrained and I released my magic stretching my body back out to release some of the tension. "Anyway William, it was a pleasure but I must be off. I hope our paths cross again in the future!" I hear a spluttering next to me and a man with whitish hair and glasses mad an angry face. "That is Captain Vangeance to you Peasant!" I fully face him with a smile. "I'm a Royal. Not that you would know." He immediately stiffened and I could hear William lightly laughing. "Please forgive my subordinate. Klaus, you need to be mindful of others." "Anyway, I need to head out soon. It smells like it will rain soon. Like I said before I hope we meet again William." "As do I, Lady Adari. If you ever find yourself wanting to visit the Capital stop by the Golden Dawn base." I nodded hopping on my broom pushing off into the sky. (This photo belongs to Klaus Pillon on Deviant Art!)

I was incredibly lost at this point, and there was no say otherwise. I noticed a guard as I flew down and he seemed to notice me rather quickly too. "I reckon ya lost? We don't see verra many people in these parts." I scratched my head and nodded. "I'm trying to get to Hage Village. Can you point me in the right direction, Sir?" He blinked in surprise and pointed toward the way I just came from. "Thatta bout two months by foot walk and a month by broom back the way ya came." "Ah really?! I appreciate it." I pushed back off into the sky and he yelled up at me. "Be careful young one! Weather bout to get worse!" "I'll remember your warning! Thanks, sir!" He wasn't wrong, I could smell the rain about to fall. The fog had gotten thicker and the frustration in my heart bloomed bigger than I had noticed. It wasn't supposed to be this long of a journey. I should have noticed when the days got longer. I stopped on a branch sitting down and felt the tears welling in my eyes. Looking at my grimoire I open it and notice the pages start to shine. Suddenly a new spell appeared and I felt my heart skip a beat at the name.
"Well, this is better than nothing," I say aloud and stand up holding tight to my broom. Taking a big breath I yell the spell pushing out as much mana as I can.
"Universal Teleportation Magic: The Hearts Destination!" The air around me shimmered and the light turned blinding as I shut my eyes. I kept my eyes closed for a while and I suddenly felt eyes on me.
"Well, that was quite the surprise. Can we help you, young lady?" I opened my eyes to find myself in someone's dining room standing on top of their dinner table.
"I AM SO SORRY! My spell was supposed to take me to my little brother." I noticed at that point the man who should be around my fathers' age wearing a pastor's robe. Glancing around I noticed some child and another person who seemed to be a woman of the faith as well. He helps me off the table and I give a slight bow.
"Your spell sure took you a long way. Who was it supposed to take you to?"
"Ah, my spell was supposed to take me to Hage village so I could find my little brother!" The father and sister looked at each other then gave me a small smile.
"I'm Father Orsi Orfai and this is Sister Lily Aquaria. This is the church in Hage Village." This is Hage? I look around at the kids and my heart starts to sink. "I'm Anna Adari. Are there not any teenagers?" "Two of our tanagers left to try to be Magic Knights in the capital." Sister Lily said and a young boy started to talk. "I can see Yuno getting in but not Asta. Oh, I'm Nash. Are one of those kids your little brother?" So Yuno wants to be a magic knight. If he has the same mana as me then it should be easy. However, I was more interested in what they had said about Asta.
"The green-eyed and silver-haired boy Asta right? Why do you not think he will make it?" Sister Lily's eyes widen and then she smiles. "Honestly it could go either way. He doesn't have any Mana at all." "Wait, no mana? Like at all?" Now that I think about it I didn't feel anything when I was near him but that was a long time ago. "Is Asta your brother?" Nash asked and I shook my head. "No, but he was at the church when I had to part with My little brother," I answered and a young girl grabbed my hands with a smile. "So Yuno is your brother!" I nodded and turned to the father and sister giving a bow. "Thank you for raising Yuno. I was eleven when I had to leave him here. I can't tell you more than this. Please forgive me." I bow lower and feel a hand on my shoulder causing me to look up to find sister Lily gently smiling. "It must have been hard for you to be away from him. Knowing he didn't know you." I nodded and looked at every face in the room. "I did not know what to do when I got here but I know now what I'll do. Please keep this from Yuno. I plan to support him from the shadows." "Are you sure? I believe Yuno would be happy to know he has family still." Father said and I shook my head. "Our situation isn't completely safe where I can be near him. When the day comes I promise to tell him. So please keep it from Yuno." A child bursts in and holds up two letters. "Sister Lily we have letters from Yuno and Asta! Oh, who's this?" "Let's focus on the letters. Anna, please stay as long as you would like." I didn't know then how much this family would grow on me like it did Yuno.
