Adora's POV The next day, I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off at 5am. Aegeus and I stretched before getting out of bed and going downstairs. I let Aegeus out to use the bathroom before reentering and going upstairs to my bedroom and getting ready for a shower.
Aegeus lay outside the bathroom door which was cracked open in case I needed him. I stepped out and dried off and put on my underwear and bathrobe before having Aegeus lead me to the kitchen where I made breakfast and fed Aegeus.

I heard Charlie come downstairs "Bella is that-? Adora? Why are you up so early? Did you make breakfast?" I nodded and passed the strange red outline of a man that I could somehow 'see' and assumed that it was him. I sat down to eat my food and Charlie did as well "Thank you....about yesterday..."
Here we go.
"I'm sorry about Bella. I didn't know that she would react that way. None of what she said is true. You're not a burden or any of those things, and I promise that I'm going to make sure that you're taken care of" I nodded again and finished my food. I put the dishes in the sink and had Aegeus guide me upstairs so I could finish getting ready for school.
I picked out an outfit after trying to read the braille tags on my hangers and got dressed. Then I brushed my hair and teeth before applying my sunglasses and once again using braille tags to pick out Aegeus's vest.
