The girl had chemical scars around her eyes. Said eyes were a milky white with no pupil to be seen, her iris was a faded gray and practically blended in with her sclera. The most alarming thing, however, was the large scar across her throat. It looked as if someone had attempted to slash it open.

The girl was finally released from the pixie's death grip on her arm and she collapsed to the floor gasping and wheezing with tiny squeaks escaping her mouth. Her dog collapsed next her her winded but seemed more concerned about her. The girl curled up into her dog who whined and whimpered for someone to help the poor child.
Everyone (except for Edward, Alice and Bella) where stunned and horrified by the sight of the girl that appeared so disheveled and distressed.
Jane and Alec caught onto her scent and cried out "Mate!" Before zipping over to her. Alec, the gentler twin, attempted to soothe her and even went as far as using his gift to take away any pain or discomfort that she may have. It worked and soothed the asthma attack that she was having along with preventing an epileptic seizure that was rapidly approaching. Jane, the more aggressive twin, stood in front of her twin and mate before haughtily demanding answers on the state of her mate.
After receiving none from the troublesome trio, she used her gift on all three startling everyone. As she typically could only do it on one person at a time but in her rage she managed to expand her gift to make the trio feel absolute agony for assaulting her and her brother's mate.
Marcus, surprisingly, managed to stop Jane and ordered the twins to take the child to Didyme. He seemed very concern about the girl's well-being. The twins did as told and took her unconscious form to Marcus and Didyme's shared quarters with the dog following close behind.
They knocked before entering the room.

Didyme, who had been lounging on a chair, jumped up upon seeing the distressed twins carrying an unconscious girl with a dog following behind them. Her guard, Chelsea, leaped up as well in shock as she'd been kneeling on the floor looking for her queen's favorite book on the bottom shelf of the wall bookcase.
"Lay her on the bed, quick!" Didyme ordered, and the twins obeyed Didyme gently, almost lovingly placed a hand on the girls cheek. Didyme nibbled on her lower lip before looking up with a worried expression "Get Santiago. He has medical training on humans from this century" the twins nodded before disappearing.
The dog stayed off the bed but rested it's head to the side and whimpered as it's wet nose touched the girl's hand but gained no response.
Didyme frowned and sat next to the girl while Chelsea left to the private bathroom before returning to the girl's side with a bowl of chilled water and a wash cloth. Didyme brushed the messy hair back and gently patted her face with the damp towel handed to her by Chelsea. Washing away the sweat and grime that latched onto her skin during her travels.
Santiago burst in with the twins hot on his heels. Chelsea and Didyme left the girl's side to allow Santiago room to work. "You should head back to the throne room" Chelsea advised the twins who rapidly shook their heads "We can't lose our mate" they mumbled in unison. Realization dawned on the two females.
"I will send Chelsea when she wakes up, but for now trust that I will keep her safe" Didyme placed a reassuring hand on both their shoulders and ushered them out the door. Once they were gone Santiago stood up and said "You may want to change her clothes into something more....appropriate. I'll go fetch an inhaler from the local drugstore" the females nodded and he disappeared.
The females approached the girl and changed her before laying her underneath the covers.

~~~meanwhile~~~ Jane and Alec walked back into the throne room and stared down the trouble trio with pitch black eyes.
