The Halls of Carter High School were flooded with the sound of pounding feet. Sophia tugged her backpack straps closer to her shoulders as it was slipping off. She sighed as her friend approached her. "What did I do wrong?" Stacy asked Sophia. Her eyebrows raised in suspicion, as Sophia said, "Nothing." Sophia sighed once more. Her other friends approached them chatting along the way. "What are you guys talking about?" Sophia asked frantically, for a change of topic. "Just an awesome party that's going to happen this Saturday." Aaron stated, rolling his eyes, "It's going to be the party of the century!" "What party...?" Stacy questioned, curiosity showing in her eyes. "It's Madison's party, her parties are always remarkable! Like last month, she did a cannonball from her balcony." Aaron spoke, his dark blue eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "We should totally go!" Emma demanded. "NOOOOO!" Sophia yelled desperately wanting to be alone. Sophia tore through the crowd of girls that were starting to form. "Wait!" yelled Emma. The girls all looked at Stacy, waiting for a response. "I'll go find her..." Stacy sighed, running, trying to catch up to Sophia.
