CHAPTER 3

Time flies by so fast, in a flick of an eye you have been with Rindou for 2 years now. You thought you've known him well. You always thought Rindou is the luckiest person in the world. He comes from a wealthy family, looks ridiculously handsome has very high intelligence, he can have everything he ever wish for. It was until he brought you back to his home.

Rindou's house is a massive mansion located in one of the most luxurious communities. It was the beginning of summer, you noticed the red roses growing on the fence. Vines spiraling across the concrete wall with little purple flowers blossoming. You instantly fell in love with his house.

"Your house is really beautiful" you praised

"Meh" RIndou replied

Rindou's house has a big garden, the plants are trimmed into different shapes, you can see butterflies and bees around. You caught an eye on a beautiful greenhouse beside the entrance, you vaguely saw someone inside the greenhouse through the glass, his hair is tied into braids and he was busy walking around observing the plants. 

Rindou dragged you into the mansion and there you met with his father. Rindou's father was sitting at the outdoor balcony drinking a cup of tea with a book in his hand. Rindou's father also has those violet eyes, you wonder if it's a family thing. His intimidating glace made you flinch the moment he look at you. You quickly hide behind Rindou avoiding eye contact with his father. The way he looked at you is enough to make you suffocate in fear.

Rindou was obviously used to his father's dangerous aura, he introduce you to his father with a straight face "Hanemiya Y/n, my girlfriend"

Rindou's father sigh, his attention went back to the book in his hand, he calmly replied 

"Playing around is fine"

"I am serious"

"You can seriously play around"

"This time..." Rindou paused "It's different"

Rindou's father's expression gloomed down, he toss the book right at the young man and yelled 

"GET LOST!"

Rindou effortlessly dodged the book, his face didn't show any expression as he grab onto your wrist and pulled you upstairs 

Even though you knew what Rindou said was just to make his father mad, you couldn't help but feel a little bit happy.

Rindou brought you to a mini garden on the top floor, it was extremely beautiful. There is a swing in the middle, you can see the entire mansion from up here. The evening sunlight radiating down made the entire place look so unreal, like a portrait

You sat on the swing and start swinging back and forth. Rindou handed you a glass of wine and stood there, his eyes wander around 

"Ask me something" he said

You can tell he is trying to start a conversation but didn't know how, it's kinda cute

"You seem to have a bad relationship with your father" 

Rindou chucked down the entire glass of wine and took a few steps forward to sit beside you, you can smell the fresh floral aroma on his body.

"Today is considered peaceful, you haven't seen him in a bad mood" Rindou scoffed

It's hard to imagine how a perfect man like Rindou will have to deal with family issues. You couldn't help but grab onto his hand trying to give him some comfort. Rindou's hands are long and slim, his nails are forever cut so neatly, the only thing about it is that they were always cold. Just like himself.
