Chapter 56

At 2:00, Lisa was still awake.

She was lying in bed, staring at the dim celling, her mind was in chaos. It seemed to me that she had been living in a dream for the past few months.

She turned over, fished out her phone from the pillow and open it.

She looked at his dialog box, suddenly she feel sad and put the mobile back, buried her head in the pillow.

The next day, she woke up early as usual, morning reading, class, did not miss anything.

In the lab, the matter of speeding up is imminent, and everyone is working on a solution. Jungkook was especially busy, she could not talk to him. So she ignored the bracelet for a while, and did her work carefully.

That night, she was looking for information in the library until late at night, when the library was about to close, her phone lit up and it was Jungkook's message: "Where are you?"

Lisa: "In the library, where are you?"

Jungkook: "The lab"

Lisa: "Are done?"

Jungkook: "Well, it's closing right?"

"Lisa: "Yeah"

Jungkook: "I'll come find you"

Lisa: "Okay"

He sent an emoji of petting a kitten head.

Lisa: "...."

She packed up her things, put on her school bag and went downstairs, waiting by the roadside.

It was late autumn, and the threes were full of yellow leaves rustling in the night breeze. The road lights are hazy, dense with a light golden world.

The night is a little cold. She craned her neck and heard the sound of running.

Jungkook ran from the end of the road.

She sent a message from her phone: "Don't run"

At the other end, he took out his phone and looked at it, ignored it, and continued to run.

When he got closer, she said, "Don't run, I'm not going to run away"

Before the words were out of his mouth, he took a big smile and rushed over from the opposite side of the road with a few big steps, hugged her in his arms and lowered his head to kiss her hard on the lips.

Her heart pounded and she felt the infinite warmth of his embrace. His hot nose sprayed on her lips, could melt her. She couldn't help but tighten his arms around his waist.

He gently released her lips and pecked her lips a few times, smiling lowly: "Did you miss me?"

Her eyes were bright and her cheeks were flushed: "Didn't we meet in the lab this afternoon?"

"Why do I miss you so much?" He said in confusion, holding her tightly in his arms, rubbing his cheek against her face like a small puppy, "Why don't you miss me too?"

She pursed her lips in his arms and smiled whispering, "I missed you too"

He was satisfied and let her go, stroking her bangs and around ears and asked, "Are you hungry and let's go to have some snack?"

She said: "If I eat like this everyday, I'm  going to gain weight"

"I thinks you are too thin. And he said, "I'll try, see if you gain weight" After saying that he wrapped his arm around her waist and picked her up with one hand.

Her heart was another poof, punched his shoulder: "You Put me down"

He laughed out loud, put her down, took her hand and said, "No fat, I see the same. What do you want to eat...." He did not catch her, but accidentally held her wrist, empty, too bracelet.
