As she helped set everything up she couldn't help but feel guilty for leaving them alone at the school, she brushed the thought off as she leaned against the wall, "You okay?" Jonathan asked, mimicking her action,

"Yeah, yeah, I'm good but um, I'm sorry for not really being here and for not being there for you-"

"Please stop apologizing, it's fine, I swear, I know you had a lot on your plate, y'know with 'tutoring' Steve and whatnot." Jonathan joked,

"Asshole!" Minnie laughed, nudging him, "Y'know, I'm really jealous of my mom right now, found out about the demogorgon then dipped, I should've done that."

"It's surprising that you didn't, to be honest." Jonathan joked,

"Again, asshole."

"Remember..." Jonathan started after everything was set,

"Straight into Will's room. And-"

"Don't step on the trap."

"Wait for the yo-yo to move."

"Then..." He lit the lighter, "All right. You ready?"

"Better now than never." Minnie spoke as she put the knife to her palm,

"On three." Jonathan took a breath, "One... two... You don't have to do this-"

"Jonathan, stop talking."

"I'm just saying, you both don't have to-"

"Three." Nancy cut him off, once the word left her mouth the trio all cut into their hand, drawing blood as Minnie winced.

Minnie was in the kitchen, wrapping her hand before getting water, jumping when there was banging on the door, followed by Steve yelling, she quickly put the glass down before walking behind Nancy to the door, "Yo, lover boy, you can make amends tomorrow right now is not a good time!" Minnie exclaimed from behind him when he explained how he wanted to make things right,

"So you're all here.. fun..." Steve trailed off, stammering when he noticed the bandage on Nancy's hand, "Hey, what happened to your hand? Is that blood? Are you-"

"Nothing. It was an accident." Nancy pulled her hand away from him,

"Yeah, what's going on?"

"Nothing."

"Wait a sec. Did he do this to you?" Steve asked, "Nancy, let me in!" He exclaimed, pushing himself in,

"Steve, you gotta leave, right now!" Minnie exclaimed,
