With this the user can change ages physically.
Everything remains the same mentally, only the body changes to how they used to be when younger.
The strength of the body also still remains the same. So it's really only the physical appearance that's changing.

The user can also age themselves up dramatically if so desired.

Drawbacks-
The form can only last up to a week, before it can be used again after a week passes at least 2 days have to pass.

Overuse(switching between ages rapidly)
Will result in intense bone pain.
